Composed by the Great Translator. The method of its meditation transmission was composed by Zhalu Janglingpa. The condensed Guhyasamaja sadhana and the Sutra blending practice. The Rakta Yamari sadhana was composed by Virupa. And all the transmissions of the unique permission and practice cycle of the Yaksha Begtse were received. Also, in the Earth Mouse year (1648), from the virtuous friend, the monastic disciplinarian Lhundrup Gyatso, the transmission of the three Red Deities and the instructions on the Guru Mask, as well as the collected works of the Great Fifth Dalai Lama, were received. In that year, according to the instructions, I also fully received the Kalachakra initiation, as well as the initiation of the authentic Khon lineage, and the permission of the White and Black Deities, and the initiation of the Black Vajrakila of the Rog lineage, etc. In the Iron Rabbit year (1651), the permission of the Eleven-faced Palmo lineage. The Shangpa Kagyu Mahamudra Gau instruction. The empowerment of the first transmission of the Shije lineage, the three Taras. The two mantras of Manjushri and Tara, along with their commentaries. The transmission of the outer, inner, and secret instructions of the three Taras treatise composed by Dampa. From the later lineage, the permission of the outer, inner, and secret practices of Dampa's Guru Yoga. The five-part teaching method mainly based on the history composed by Zhikpo. From the six Dharma sections of Drime, as a component of the root Dharma section of Zugpa. The transmissions of the six questions and answers, including the five essential points of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, were also offered. Also, in the Iron Tiger year (1650), from Dharma Lord Rmorchen, the blessings of the two-faced Vajravarahi of the Gyal lineage, and the life entrustment of Vajra Ratna Mata were received. In the Water Snake year (1653), from the master Vajradhara Lodro Wangchuk, the Yoga Vajradhatu, the Tsemori Rigdusa, the Action Tantra Vairochana Abhisambodhi, the fifteen selflessness goddesses of the Virupa lineage, the Hevajra Lake-born lineage, and the initiations of the nine Amitayus deities of the Jetari lineage were received. Thus, until this present Water Snake year (1653) at the age of sixty-eight, the order of how the sacred Dharma was heard is briefly stated above. In general, establishing the reality of all phenomena as they are is the wisdom of hearing, and it is also necessary to ascertain through thought and to accomplish the desired result through meditation, so the two wisdoms of thought and meditation also depend on the wisdom of hearing, because without hearing, one cannot think or meditate. Thus it is said: Supreme wisdom.
