Although it seemed that the omen of that dream was good, I couldn't judge it in my heart. Later, I thought like this: From the omen of that dream: What is this event trying to explain? That place is an omen of accomplishment, having received some omens slightly. The mandala of the gathering of yogis is an omen of the blessings of the superiors. The great yogi, the leader of the gathering, is an omen of the inseparable lineage of wisdom. The difference in the contents of the food and drink vessels is an omen of having the great secret fortune. Handing the scroll into the hand is an omen of enjoying the profound treasure. Wearing a hat and amulet is an omen of being revered and respected by all. Reading the wonderful letters is an omen of the completion of the root dependent origination. The text below was not opened, it is an omen of the dependent origination being confused under the control of others. Separating from the sound of the conch shell is an omen of the uproar of benefiting beings arising. So it was said. From then on, for a day or two, I didn't dream at night, but was immersed in various manifestations of light and purity, such as the blessings and prophecies of the Buddhas and Lamas. All the manifestations when awake also made me want to laugh and play because of the wonderfulness, and I spent my time in the play of unobstructed awareness that arose naturally and unceasingly. In the tenth month of the Mongolian calendar, I went to the monastery of Chak North Bodhi Continent, and on the night of the twenty-second, in a dream, a monk who seemed to be the great translator Vairochana, named Wangpo Dulwa, with a beautiful face, a sweet smile, and wearing Dharma robes, showed me a statue of Guru Padmasambhava, whose image was like an Indian Pandit, made of crystal, and said, "This is the collection of all the blessings of the Guru's body, speech, and mind." When I looked at it, the light was as dazzling as the rays of the sun, unbearable to look at, and it was hot. I prayed with great faith, and in the dream it was said, "This is the opening of the door of blessings, and the real blessings will appear in the place of Drakmar." When I woke up, all the manifestations appeared unceasingly as the self-nature of great bliss, and the wonderful experience burned unbearably. The next day, the twenty-third, I went with the attendant monk Yordan to the back of the upper North Continent bedroom to recuperate, on the right side of the transverse road.

In that direction, there was a small bird's nest in the rock. Among a pile of Tsatsas (ས་ཚ), there were some tattered religious papers. While slowly flipping through them, he found a bamboo tube about the thickness of a finger and four fingers long, with a scroll inside. When he cut it open with a knife, it emitted a wonderful fragrance that could not be described by ordinary incense. Inside was a reddish-yellow paper scroll, tightly bound at the waist with hair. The attendant monk said, "What is this? It smells so good!" He thought, "Could this be part of a treasure?" But he still said, "This seems to be an abandoned old amulet." Then, he returned to his chamber and opened the paper scroll in the attic upstairs. Inside, it was wrapped with about ten strands of hair, each about an elbow's length. Inside was a reddish-yellow paper scroll wrapped around a bundle of Guru's hair, about three fingers long. On the scroll, which was about a span high, were written neat and delicate words: "Homage to Tshewang Rigdzin Padmai Ku! I, the translator Vairotsana (བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན), for the sake of the hidden treasure, for the fortunate Dharma lord, write this heart-speech catalog." And so on. This seemed to be a catalog of hidden treasures, and he was very happy, almost unable to suppress his emotions. But he felt that it needed to be kept secret for the time being, so he hid the paper scroll in a Gau box and sealed it tightly. Not long after, he went to U-Tsang (དབུས, present-day Lhasa and its surrounding areas), because his mother was a self-born yogini who could shake the power of blessings. So he presented the paper scroll to his mother and told her the story in detail. His mother, also possessing the power of a treasure quality unlike others, said, "This is indeed a catalog of hidden treasures, it's truly amazing! However, it is necessary to continue to keep it secret and strive to pray and make offerings. If signs of prophecy appear again, then we need to make every effort to create auspicious circumstances." That winter, in the small meditation room of the chamber, I was also wrapped as an attendant, and I spent nearly three months in retreat, focusing single-mindedly on practice, and doing my best to perform confession and prayers and other rituals. Then, starting from the second month of the Water Rabbit year (1903), the construction factory for the external support (referring to statues or stupas, etc.) of the father was about to be established.
