He performed the kindness of fulfilling the vows. At the beginning of the fifth month, the Spo bo Bya rgod Dbon po arrived and offered extensive offerings, mainly of money, and also bestowed a response with objects of faith. On the fifth day, the offering official Ngag dbang Tshul khrims offered a long-life prayer. On that day, offerings were made and scarves were hung throughout the upper and lower parts of the temple. In the protector's chamber, in conjunction with the fulfillment of vows, he established the tradition of inspections and the establishment of gold and silver supports. From the seventh onwards, he gave instructions to complete the upper and lower parts of the sixteen Arhats thangkas that had been built in the previous year. He inspected the monks who had roughly gathered and newly learned the phur dbyangs in front of him. On the tenth, he attended the opening of the ritual assembly and made prayers and offerings. He also bestowed accomplishments on the assembled sangha and many faithful people, gave the torma empowerment of connection, and through the power of the interdependent connection of inner and outer, he enjoyed the wisdom that arises as the music of great innate bliss, and thus also truly united with the mandala of the deity of suchness. In the morning, he met with Smon grub and Jam dbyangs Dpon slob from bSam dgon. He also received a reply to the offering of longevity substances that had not been offered previously, along with a gift of fine silk cloth. From the thirteenth onwards, in the Bla brang Tshoms chen, the entire monastic community began the recitation of the Kangyur for twelve days. In addition to the usual tea and porridge, two extra portions of milk tea and jam re were offered each day, and robes, tea, silk, etc., were generously bestowed, calculated at three loads per monk. On the fifteenth, the silk thangka of the Eight Nights was completed and flowers of consecration were scattered. At that time, the practitioners of Yar 'brog, bSam gtan rdzong pa, arrived to offer a long-life prayer and were met.

With his teachings, the rain immediately began to fall, making everyone happy and amazed. On the auspicious occasion of the first day of the sixth month, he personally composed the new regulations of Omin Orgyen Mindrolling, and proclaimed them in the assembly. For each and every matter, whether it was reasonable or unreasonable, even down to the smallest details, he clearly distinguished the ways of what should be accepted and rejected, clearly demonstrating the methods of taming the three doors, and gave extensive explanations. Especially in the aspect of individual liberation vows, even if lay people are not involved in the affairs of the ordained, there is no fault in having a kind heart, etc., with humility as the guide, the extraordinary insights that even those who have spent their lives practicing taming cannot match, made it easy for everyone to understand, comprehend, and be extremely outstanding. He bestowed all of these, and made everyone strive to be cautious in dealing with what to accept and reject. Even just these kindnesses seem limitless. In the supreme ocean of vows, the river of Omin's taming precepts flows into it, and even the key drops of the subtle path of acceptance and rejection are the only way to relieve the suffering of taming the mindstream. Considering this, with the key instruction of gathering together the essential points of the three vows without contradiction, the darkness of biased wisdom clinging to what is allowed and forbidden is dispelled by the light of good speech. On that day, he also gave instructions for establishing the summer retreat and set an example of it, and even though it does not depend on other conditions, in order to prevent arbitrary entry into the Dharma, he invited a sthavira from the Sangha and offered the tradition of the summer retreat and the rituals of dissolution to the monastery. During the sixth month, due to intermittent drought, he caused rain to fall through water offerings and auspicious connections, greatly increasing the rain. From the fifteenth day, the monastery began the summer retreat, and stipulated the offerings of the three times and the bestowal of summer offerings, etc. He also established the good tradition of not allowing the four seasonal Dharma assemblies to decline. On the seventeenth day, he attended the head of the line of service offered by Kunga Lodro at the monastery. On that day, the accomplished master, the great yogi Rinchen Namgyal.
