At the time of giving the discourse, the supreme Gyalwang Rinpoche father and son, who are the crown ornaments of both temporal and spiritual affairs, who had never been heard of elsewhere before, personally narrated the manner in which they were prophesied in the sutras and terma, and added chapters and points. Therefore, everyone present, especially their wisdom and insight, even the gentle lord (འཇམ་མགོན་, Jamgön), was very satisfied and said to be very pleased. Then, the assembled sangha recited auspicious prayers in unison. Since these prayers were hindered by the darkness of the night, it was also in accordance with the command of the Lord of Men (མིའི་དབང་པོ་, mi'i dbang po), "Celebrate day and night." The meaning of this sentence was realized, and they were praised. After that, the welcoming and sending off of the mandala of images, the expulsion of evil spirits, the pulling out of the pegs, and the supplementary peaceful fire offerings were also completed that night. The next day, before the arrival of the next day's dawn, according to what was said in the tantras, all the rituals and details of sending the sand mandala into the water were meticulously completed, pure and immaculate, so that all impartial wise people praised it, and the good name spread in all directions. The number of participants is also only the current fixed number, and the previous sangha, such as the monks who are now living in seclusion, etc., were not summoned. Due to the gathering of wealth of various wishes and dusk, etc., the remaining items such as the human share of offerings left in the space between the seats were also returned, so all the staff, etc., praised them in unison for being upright, not deceiving, and behaving correctly. It is said that on the day of the first arrival at the Potala Palace, wonderful celestial signs appeared, and at the end of August, heavy snow fell, and the weather suddenly turned cold. The third day of September was the day of obtaining breath, and although it was the time when the thunder stopped, the weather has been warm and pleasant since the beginning of the practice offering. On the evening of the eighth day, accompanied by a huge thunder, a very moist drizzle fell. During the day, the sky was clear, and soft clouds covered patterns like peacock feathers, especially on the two days before and after the consecration day, the sky was free of dust.

由于山脊如青金石般清澈，太阳的光芒格外明亮，大地也充满了滋润的光泽。风也极其柔和，宫殿顶端的旗帜只是轻轻飘动，没有剧烈摇摆，一切都呈现出和谐的景象，这是吉祥的征兆。尤其是在驱逐邪魔之时，最初以猛烈的姿态出现，所有邪见都被彻底摧毁，其威慑力使一切都感到恐惧。在迎请智慧尊者和献上吉祥祝福之花时，智慧降临的巨大光芒猛烈摇动，让在场的所有人都感到惊叹。在那些时候，对于智慧的显现，如驱逐邪魔和智慧降临的明显迹象等，由于有保密的要求，所以没有在此处写明。虽然与外道的预兆相似，但与实际的猛烈修行相符，当到达宫殿顶端时，天空立刻变得晴朗。沐浴仪式开始，太阳升起，稳固的基石建立，神像前的帷幔充满了精华。开眼仪式和僧团吹响法螺的声音，以及献上吉祥八宝中的海螺，同时时轮金刚佛殿的供养法螺也被吹响，这些无需安排自然成就的吉祥缘起显现的力量，从此以后，环绕雪山的这片土地的所有地方，都从各种疾病、冰雹、饥荒等中解脱出来，处处无病且五谷丰登，统治者的王冠以其威力战胜邪魔的旗帜在四面八方飘扬，吉祥的太阳从正午升起，享受着这些美好的征兆。为了调伏众生，佛陀的事业如雨后春笋般涌现；在显现的所依上，安住着善逝的伟大加持；总而言之，为了成就善妙吉祥的仪轨，虽然被称为“开光”，但在此处，为了清凉国土众生的纯净福德之基，那三十七道品（菩提分法）的清净形象，是无与伦比的，由于是圣者愿力所成就，所以即使不依赖加持的征兆仪轨，也能无偏地增上二利。

Due to the mountain ridge being as clear as lapis lazuli, the sun's orb is exceptionally bright, and the earth is filled with a nourishing luster. The winds are also extremely gentle, causing the banners on the palace roof to sway only slightly, without violent shaking. All of this creates a harmonious scene, which is an auspicious sign. Especially during the time of expelling demons, it initially appears with a fierce demeanor, and all wrong views are completely destroyed. Its power of intimidation makes everything feel fear. When inviting the wisdom beings and offering flowers of auspicious blessings, the great radiance of the wisdom's arrival shakes violently, causing everyone present to be amazed. At those times, regarding the manifestations of wisdom, such as the obvious signs of expelling demons and the arrival of wisdom, due to the requirement of secrecy, they are not written here. Although similar to the omens of outsiders, they are in accordance with the actual fierce practice. When arriving at the top of the palace, the sky immediately becomes clear. The bathing ceremony begins, the sun rises, the firm foundation is established, and the curtain in front of the deity is filled with essence. The eye-opening ceremony and the sound of the conch shell blown by the monastic community, as well as the offering of the conch shell from the Eight Auspicious Symbols, and the simultaneous blowing of the offering conch shell in the Kalachakra Temple, all these spontaneously accomplished auspicious coincidences manifest their power. From that time onwards, in all the regions of this land surrounded by snow mountains, they are liberated from various diseases, hail, famine, and so on, so that everywhere is free from illness and the harvest is abundant. The ruler's crown, with its power to conquer demons, causes the banner to flutter in all directions, and the auspicious sun rises from noon, enjoying these wonderful signs. To tame sentient beings, the Buddha's activities arise like mushrooms after rain; on the basis of manifestation, abides the great blessing of the Sugata; in short, in order to accomplish the virtuous and auspicious rituals, although it is called "consecration," here, for the pure foundation of merit for the beings of the cool land, that pure image of the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment (Bodhipakṣa-dharmas) is unparalleled. Because it is accomplished by the power of the aspirations of the holy ones, even without relying on the ritual of auspicious signs of blessing, it can impartially increase the two benefits.
