Although he should have stayed, he was arranged to serve the peaceful liberation by the grace of the Emperor. On the morning of the fourteenth, he had a long meeting and conversation in front of the Emperor, and also received pleasant teachings. He was also given a carriage and personnel for the send-off, so he set off. Gradually, through the boats of Lumba, in Yamo Chu, the steward Samdrub provided service. The government's Namrab Dorje Norbu Tsering welcomed and raised the authority. Street empowerment and internal empowerment were held, and grand hospitality and offerings were made. At Rongpo's monastery, Sre Shing, he visited Marpa's stupa, etc., and performed prostrations, offerings, and prayers. Tea was served at Dechen Chokhor. The invitation from the master Tulku and the offering of fine clothes also arrived. From Zhongdeng, Dzogchen Tulku also came to visit. Then he was invited to Dzongsar, where he was well served and given generous gifts. He also bestowed the root empowerment of the Heart Drop to the officials and the tenth-day practitioners in the vicinity. In succession, at the places of overnight stay, Tsa-bo bestowed the longevity empowerment, and at Chokbuk performed purification, etc., and then went to Mindrolling. The next day, the steward Gelong also returned from the south. Khenpo suddenly fell seriously ill from that day on, and although various methods such as medical treatment and rituals were performed, he passed away on the dawn of the twenty-eighth, and was followed by the transference of consciousness ritual, etc. This time, as soon as Rinpoche arrived, he rushed from the south, and everyone said that the place and time freely converged, and that it was a good omen worthy of prayer, which is actually reasonable, because he and the current steward have been long-term attendants since the time of the father Rinpoche. During Rinpoche's time, they were also very faithful and had little selfishness, so they did a good job in internal and external affairs, and with satisfactory service, they also fulfilled their wishes this time. At that time, five monks performed daily offerings through purification, offered sacrifices to the great saints, and offered gifts and khatas to Samye Monastery and other places. Rinpoche performed purification every day. On important days, Mindrolling gathered together to hold continuous tea offerings, and tea offerings were offered to the Southern and Northern Monasteries and Pelyul Monastery.

Donations were made to all the large and small monasteries, both inside and outside, and to the branch monasteries in various directions. Tea was offered to the famous Nyingma monasteries. Food and gifts were distributed to all the large and small lay and monastic communities. The five practitioners of the Namkha Dzö retreat center were instructed to perform the practice of supplementing recitations, starting with preliminary practices to purify the body, up to the creation of tsatsas. Later, they commissioned the creation of the Kagyé Deshek Düpa (Bka' brgyad bde gshegs 'dus pa) tantras in alternating gold and silver. They regularly held monthly festivals and other virtuous activities extensively. At this time, Yumdrung brothers from Chuzang (Chu bzang) offered large quantities of tea and butter, as well as various items including cloth, to the monastic community as conditions for accumulating merit and performing rituals. The volumes of the Nyingma Gyübum (rNying ma rgyud 'bum) were originally written in ancient symbols, which later scribes translated without understanding the symbols, leading to many errors in the textual transmission. Moreover, the arrangement of the texts was also inconsistent. Therefore, last year they began to use reliable ancient texts as the basis for creating about four volumes, and this year they intended to complete the remaining parts. They invited original texts from Uggya Lung ('Ug bya lung), Kongpo Tangdro (Kong po thang 'brog), Tsangrong Bonpo (Gtsang rong bon po), and other places, and searched for the Darling (Dar gling) Gyübum and other as ancient tantric texts as possible. After comparing and editing them, they used the corrected versions as the basis. Furthermore, they clearly classified and sorted the texts according to whether they belonged to the tantra or practice sections, and whether the tantras belonged to the tantra, agama, or upadesha categories. Subsequently, seventeen scribes, including the great steward Sampel (bSam grub) from Epa (E pa), wrote the Gyübum in gold and silver, and three clay sculptors, the Zhopa (Zhod pa) father and son and their disciples, the painter Migyur (Mi 'gyur) from Tsalu (Tsa lu), and many artisans from Upper Bhutan ('Brug stod pa) established workshops to create murals and reliefs for the Labrang. According to the emperor's decree, they went to Samye Monastery (bSam yas) to perform rituals. There, they performed the suppression with the phurba (Phur pa), the confession of debts to Naraka, the longevity practice, and the all-day consecration ceremony. Many lay and monastic people, including the Karpopa (Dkar po pa), Khentsangpa (Mkhan tshang pa), and ordained monks, also came to visit. The steward Lhakangpa (Lha khang pa) invited them to his residence, offered them great hospitality, and gave them a long life empowerment.
