This is called the "Power of the Precious Flame," which is an empowerment different from the rituals known to Brahmins, etc., who empower from the head of kings and royalty, and a small amount of gifts symbolizing auspiciousness, such as the crest jewel of the virtuous one, were offered. In accordance with all the victorious ones, including the princes, the supreme emperor also showered flowers of auspicious wishes, and performed auspicious coronation ceremonies. As the great scholar said, "The incarnation of the wheel-turning king, the image of the wise king, the one named Buddha, holds the rudder of the law." This is the meaning that is clearly revealed. On the vast earth adorned with four oceans, the precious crown of power, when tied, my white light surpasses that of a young child, like the sun dispelling the moon. Then, during the offering of the throne, the Dongtrul empowerment was bestowed upon Dorje Drak Tulku Rinpoche and Gungtang Tulku. The empowerment and transmission of the Liberation from Samsara was bestowed upon Trewo Tulku. The empowerment and transmission of the New Treasure of the Sky Iron Rock was bestowed upon the Heart Son Tulku. Longevity empowerments were bestowed upon Yarlong Tripön Lingpa, etc., and many lamas, khenpos, depön, drungkhor, etc., who came to offer the throne, were given Dharma connections and foundational items to fulfill their respective wishes. Dharma Lord Trazangpa, who was afflicted with a severe illness, was invited to his presence, and there, the Vajrapani empowerment and exorcism of Bodhilingpa were performed, and he soon recovered. Then, empowerments and transmissions were given to about fifty monks of the monastery for several consecutive days, including the empowerment of Manjushri Life Lord.

On the first day of the seventh month, as the initial offering of gifts for the enthronement of the Desi Rinpoche, he bestowed high-ranking gifts such as a khatag Kunsangma, a complete set of robes including a good silk banner, five sang of gold, six turns of top-quality tea, and a roll of old carpet. After that, for the above-mentioned healing and longevity, he performed a week-long Torma Repelling Ritual of the Destroyer, and after its completion, he bestowed empowerments to Trewo Tulku Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara, the mantra protectors of the Northern Treasure and the New Treasure, and the Field Protectors, and he bestowed the transmissions of the New Treasure Wrathful Red One and the Great Perfection.
