He said, "This is the remaining karma." Twenty people confessed their sins and placed forty people, including those to be executed, in the truth. The queen of Embodied Essence, Body Light, the king made a hermit angry, thereby making a perverse vow, so a child was conceived in the womb whose power of the karma of killing the father also increased. The soothsayers prophesied, "If this child is born, he will kill his father." Devadatta went before the prince named Ajatashatru and said, "If I am friendly with you, then all the people of the country will say these unpleasant things to you. All kings place their sons on the throne when their hair turns white, but your father is still attached to the throne. Kill your father. I will also kill Gautama, and if we become new kings and Buddhas together, wouldn't that be nice?" Hearing these words, Ajatashatru threw a one-pointed vajra at his father, but the vajra broke and returned. The Teacher knew this and said to Maudgalyayana's son, "Go and beg for alms from the Rice Sprout Born." Rice Sprout Born gave five hundred cooked foods in the bowl, and he offered these to the Teacher. The Teacher blocked the ladder like an enemy and began to walk barefoot. When his foot was placed on the ground, the earth shook and he saw the truth, and he was praised as the chief of the strong and brave Arhats. Embodied Essence said to Ajatashatru, "Son, why did you throw the vajra at me?" He said, "Father, you have possessions, but I have nothing to seek." Embodied Essence entrusted all the dominion of the kingdom to him and said, "You should respect the Teacher and the Sangha." Ajatashatru was angry and imprisoned his father, and also prevented the people of the country from sending food. Queen Body Light knew how to sustain life with food and drink, and she also prevented that. Thereafter, even without food and drink, he also prevented the Teacher from residing on Vulture Peak Mountain, the sunlight entering the window, seeing the Teacher's body from the window, and being happy. The king was tormented by extreme suffering, and the Teacher sent Maudgalyayana's son by means of miraculous power into the prison, and according to the Teacher's command, he said, "I have already become a virtuous friend, so you have been liberated from the lower realms. This is experiencing the results of your own karma," and so on. 敌人的儿子出生时，好相的指尖因脓疱而疼痛。未生怨将手指放入嘴里，孩子看到脓血迸裂，大声哭泣。当时，无垢圣母说：“这是遗传的。你发生这样的事，是因为你父亲怕你害怕，所以吞下了脓血。”未生怨因此消除了憎恨，后悔对父亲犯下无间罪，现在如果父亲还活着，愿意献出一半的王位。人们高兴地跑到父亲所在的监狱，喧闹的声音使他惊恐而去世。他转生到多闻天王的膝上，享受着甘露，并说：“我是人中之王。”因此，他的名字也这样传开了。之后，提婆达多对未生怨说：“我已经让你登上王位了。你让我去陷害佛陀吧。”国王认为导师身上有金色和法轮，你没有注意到吗？于是召来金匠，用酥油涂抹身体，融化黄金涂在身上，感到痛苦。铁匠烧红法轮，烙在提婆达多的脚上，他也忍受着灼热的痛苦。之后，提婆达多和未生怨两人开始谋杀乔达摩，他们给投石机制造者价值一千两黄金的珍珠项链，并雇佣了一千人，在鹫峰山上，正对着导师所在的地方安装投石机，并在左右两边的道路上各安排了两百五十人。五百人问：“这要射向谁？”听到说是射向乔达摩，五百人和投石机制造者都觉得宁愿死去，于是逃到导师面前，听闻佛法，证悟了真谛。之后，提婆达多亲自拉动投石机，发射了无穷无尽的巨石，金刚手用金刚杵将投石变成粉末。其中一块较大的碎片即将落下，本应由夜叉昆毗罗抓住，但被石粉击中，去世后转生为天神。他来到导师面前，听闻佛法，证悟了真谛。那块石头的一小块碎片击中了导师的脚，导致出血，耆婆等无论用什么方法都无法止血。具寿十力迦叶以真诚之语祈愿。

When the enemy's son was born, the tip of the auspicious finger was painful due to a pustule. When Ajatashatru put his finger in his mouth, the child saw the bursting pus and blood and cried loudly. Then, Immaculate Mother said, "This is hereditary. The reason this happened to you is that your father swallowed the pus and blood because he was afraid you would be scared." Ajatashatru then eliminated hatred and regretted committing the five heinous crimes against his father, and now said that if his father were still alive, he would give half of the kingdom. The people were happy and ran to the prison where his father was, and the noise startled him to death. He was reborn on the lap of Vaishravana, enjoying nectar, and saying, "I am the king of men." Therefore, his name became known as such. After that, Devadatta said to Ajatashatru, "I have already put you on the throne. You let me frame the Buddha." The king thought that the teacher had golden color and a wheel, didn't you notice? So he summoned a goldsmith, anointed his body with ghee, and melted gold and applied it to his body, causing him pain. The blacksmith burned the wheel and branded it on Devadatta's foot, and he also endured the burning pain. After that, Devadatta and Ajatashatru both began to plot to kill Gautama, and they gave the catapult maker a pearl necklace worth a thousand gold coins, and hired a thousand people, and on Vulture Peak, directly opposite where the teacher was, they installed a catapult, and placed two hundred and fifty people on each of the roads on the left and right. Five hundred people asked, "Who is this being shot at?" Hearing that it was being shot at Gautama, the five hundred people and the catapult maker all thought it would be better to die, so they fled to the teacher, heard the Dharma, and realized the truth. After that, Devadatta himself pulled the catapult and launched endless large stones, Vajrapani struck the catapult stone with a vajra, turning it into powder. A large piece of it was about to fall, and was supposed to be caught by the yaksha Kumbhira, but was hit by the stone powder and died, and was reborn as a god. He came to the teacher, heard the Dharma, and realized the truth. A small fragment of the stone hit the teacher's foot, causing bleeding, and Jivaka and others could not stop the bleeding no matter what they did. The venerable Kashyapa of the Ten Powers made a prayer of truth.
