If (the non-human) likes bones, let it gnaw on the bones; if it likes skin, peel off the skin and wear it; if it's hungry, eat it raw; if it's not hungry, cook it and eat it. Without attachment to this body, give it away. Scatter the food offerings in the four directions, giving them to all sentient beings in the six realms. Think in your heart, 'When will I become someone who specializes in feeding birds and insects?' Practice like this.' This is what Potowa (a Geshe of the Kadampa school) said. Then, that non-human suddenly stood up, and from the top of my head to the soles of my feet, greedily devoured the flesh and blood, temporarily filling its stomach, its harmful mind subsided, and it was filled with a mind of benefit. At the same time, think of purifying sins. Again, in an instant, think of the body reforming and being devoured again. Think like this repeatedly. Think of cutting the body into hundreds and thousands of pieces and giving them away to all places. In particular, this body and mind should be divided in all dangerous places. Then, thinking that this body is completely under my control, all virtuous actions are done for this purpose, and the final merit is also dedicated to it. Especially in places where there are non-humans, think of abandoning this body there, cutting it into pieces, and eating it now! Then, let go of cherishing the body, thinking in your heart, 'I have already given this body to all sentient beings to do as they please.' 'They can do evil if they want, they can do whatever they want. What can I do with this body?' This shows that you should grab sentient beings and cherish them. Like this, divide enemies and obstacles into two categories and practice. Shapowa (a Kadampa Geshe) said, 'Look for enemies in yourself, look for them in gods and demons, look for them in good and bad, look for them in happiness and suffering.' Langri Tangpa (a Kadampa Geshe) also said, 'No matter how profound a scripture you open, all the faults are your own, and all the merits belong to Jowo Rinpoche (referring to Atisha) and sentient beings.' His point is: give victory to others, and keep failure and loss to yourself. If you don't think like this, you won't find any other meaning.' Shapowa said, 'If you can find a better meaning than this, that is a mistake.' In short, he said that from all the Tripitaka, you cannot find a better meaning than this. This shows that relying on relative Bodhicitta, you can transform adversity into the path. Immediately afterwards, the second point is to rely on ultimate Bodhicitta to transform adversity into the path, which is shown by the following points: 'Three views and the treasury of space (Tibetan: ནམ་མཁའ་མཛོད།), guarding yoga is supreme, visualizing illusions as the four bodies, guarding emptiness is supreme.' This shows that all the outer and inner worlds of cyclic existence and nirvana, those who harm and those who are harmed, etc., that appear now are manifestations of one's own mind.

It is completely determined that this is merely an illusory appearance. In the conventional illusory appearance, neither has the opportunity to cause harm. Because there is no opportunity for refutation, it ceases in an instant, so even in the conventional sense, there is no establishment of a harmer and a harmed. Ultimately, no dharma exists at all. It is like the center of a pure sky, it is one. I am also a non-substantial awareness. The harmer is also a non-substantial awareness, therefore there is no establishment of a harmer and a harmed. Everything is emptiness, and in emptiness, one cannot find a flaw in emptiness. For example, just as the eastern sky cannot harm the western sky, it cannot cause harm. Therefore, this current appearance is an illusory appearance of mind itself, so I, the harmer, and all diseases, do not exist in the nature of anything other than one's own conceptualization. As it is said in the scriptures: 'One's own mind is called a demon. One's own mind is called an obstacle. All obstacles arise from conceptualization. Therefore, abandon conceptualization.' Thus, clinging to one's own conceptualization, clinging to it as truth, clinging to it as separate from the mind, clinging to it as a fault, thus generating all the suffering of samsara. Therefore, everything is one's own conceptualization, and there is nothing outside of it that has become an obstacle, so what should be abandoned is just one's own conceptualization. Thus, examining it, it merges into one's own mind. Examining the mind, it abides in emptiness, therefore one's own mind is luminosity, the mind of all sentient beings is luminosity, and there is no difference from the wisdom of the Buddhas. Because everything is the same Dharmakaya, who harms? Who is harmed? How is harmed? Ultimately, nothing is established as separate. Conventionally, all diseases and spirits reside in one's own conceptualization. Thinking, 'Conceptualization merges into the Dharmakaya,' then without conceptualizing anything, relax and abide freely. Like discarding vomit, abide without attachment. Like a leper's corpse, abide without need. Like an empty house after the owner has died, abide without attachment. Thus, all dharmas are originally unestablished, and now it is like an untied knot in the sky, or like being tightly bound by a rope made of turtle hair. Thinking, 'My own mind has risen as a demon, and I am bound by my own conceptualization, deluded by suffering.' Fearing illness, fearing harm from spirits, hoping for recovery from illness, and so on, regarding hope and fear, and refutation of... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
