In order to attain the supreme high position, one should strive to perform virtuous deeds with outflows; in order to attain the ultimate, definitive, and best position, one should strive to perform virtuous deeds without outflows. Furthermore, one should abandon places of distraction and busyness, and rely on secluded and pleasant monasteries that are free from harm and have abundant resources, so that pure virtuous deeds naturally increase. One should completely abandon impure things like intoxicating alcohol and slaughtered meat, which cause harm in this life and the next, like avoiding poison. It is extremely important to adhere to a pure way of life. Even if one desires to have good thoughts, one's strength is often insufficient. Those who encourage sinful actions in various ways and obstruct virtuous deeds are sinful friends, so it is best to stay away from them. Hold the precepts, and maintain and propagate the scriptures and realizations through teaching and practice. One should respectfully rely on those excellent spiritual friends who can increase virtuous deeds. Following the instructions of the spiritual friend, guard the pure precepts. Through listening, contemplation, and meditation, gradually advance through the five paths and ten grounds, and ultimately achieve the supreme bliss of liberation. In order to put the meaning of what has been heard into practice, one should respectfully receive the profound teachings. Through proper reflection, one should analyze and accurately understand them. The meaning of meditation is to put the meaning of what has been realized into practice in the correct way, to understand what should be abandoned and abandon it, and to understand what should be relied upon and rely on it. In particular, after understanding the two truths (conventional truth and ultimate truth), the four noble truths (suffering, origin, cessation, path), the three vehicles (Śrāvakayāna, Pratyekabuddhayāna, Bodhisattvayāna), the three trainings (ethics, concentration, wisdom), the three vows (Prātimokṣa, Bodhisattva, Vajrayāna), the internal and external philosophical schools, the three turnings of the Dharma wheel, the five paths and ten grounds, etc., one should strive to adopt and abandon accordingly. All phenomena can be summarized into the two truths, namely conventional truth and ultimate truth. Understanding their true nature and analyzing all knowable things is the way of the wise. In conventional truth, as long as erroneous cognition exists, cause and effect will not be false. In ultimate truth, emptiness is profound, it is the nature of the Dharmadhātu, the realm of the wisdom of the noble ones. If it is merely an appearance and cannot perform any function, that is a false conventional truth. If it appears and can perform its respective function, that is a correct conventional truth. In ultimate truth, the emptiness that merely negates phenomena such as arising is the ultimate truth in name. Suchness, in which all elaborations are pacified, is the ultimate truth that is not in name. Even though conventional truth is like an illusion, cause and effect are true like an illusion. Therefore, one should strive to do good and abandon evil, and not underestimate even the slightest virtuous or evil deeds. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In all circumstances, strive with diligence. The ultimate emptiness also has many divisions such as sixteen. However, all conventional phenomena, Their respective self-natures are empty, and the ultimate truth includes two emptinesses: emptiness from adventitious stains. Understanding the way of conventional emptiness is the essence of the intermediate turning of the wheel, thereby abandoning attachment to all things. Understanding the way of ultimate emptiness is the essence of the final turning of the wheel, thereby relying on the means of manifestation. Phenomena, i.e., all conditioned phenomena, are conventional truths; the nature of phenomena, i.e., the immutable, is the ultimate truth. All consciousness is conventional truth; the wisdom body is the ultimate truth. All samsara is conventional truth; nirvana is the ultimate truth. Adventitious stains are conventional truth; self-nature purity is the ultimate truth. All illusory appearances are conventional truth; true appearances are the ultimate truth. The imputed and the dependent are conventional truths; the perfectly established nature is the ultimate truth. If one does not understand the distinction between the two truths, then regarding existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, self and no-self, etc., The intent of the various teachings cannot be understood, thus it is difficult to understand the true state of the Buddha's teachings. If one understands the two truths, then relying on them, through altruistic merit and non-conceptual wisdom, Accumulating the two accumulations, purifying the two obscurations, thereby attaining the state of Buddhahood where the two benefits are perfected. The four noble truths are the truth of suffering, the truth of the origin, the truth of cessation, and the truth of the path, Which are taught in order to be known, abandoned, attained, and cultivated, respectively. Wherever one is born in the three realms of samsara, one is tormented by suffering, with no opportunity for happiness. Abandon attachment to its meaningless activities, and generate the thought of renunciation. The karma of the defiled mind and mental karma, and the various afflictions that arise from them, Are the cause of the continuous arising of suffering, therefore, strive diligently to abandon them. The ultimate dharma realm of self-nature purity, completely liberated from the enclosure of adventitious stains, When the two purities are realized, one attains the ultimate cessation, the great bliss of nirvana. For this goal, the pure and excellent path, for the sake of the two accumulations, practice the profound yoga of the union of the two stages, In order to accomplish the two benefits for oneself and others, strive diligently. If one does not abandon the origin of karma and afflictions, then the result of the suffering of samsara will not cease. Through gradually familiarizing oneself with the undefiled path truth, one gradually realizes the profound cessation truth. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
