At the center circled to the left of vowel letters such as ཨ་ཨཱ་, is ཨཱ། With hands forming the lotus mudra, take the mala and place it in the center of the palms, visualizing the nectar letter སུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: सुं, Romanized Sanskrit: suṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) emitting white light. Vajra and Padma are equally joined, and the Bodhicitta pervades སུཾ་. It pervades ཨཱ་ལི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आलि, Romanized Sanskrit: āli, Literal meaning: Ali) ཀཱ་ལི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: कालि, Romanized Sanskrit: kāli, Literal meaning: Kali). It becomes inseparable from the mala. Recite the mantra 'ཨོཾ་པ་དེ་པ་དེ་མ་ཧཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ་མ་ཡཾ་བྷ་ཝེ་ཏ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧོ་ཧོ་ཧོ་ཨ་ཁཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།' (Om Pate Pate Maha Jnana Sarva Buddha Mayam Bhaveyata Hum Hum Hum Ho Ho Ho Akham Svaha). When first blessing, recite one round of the mala. Whenever reciting, if you recite སུཾ་ etc., it will become powerful, as the holy lamas have said. Practice this current practice with ease, as Je Tsongkhapa said. It is also very good to do as Jetsun Drakpa and Phagpa Rinpoche said. The method of recitation is from the Guru: 'One with meditation should recite the mantra.' The meaning is, among the arranged recitations, there are expanding recitation, contracting recitation, and revolving recitation. Here, we perform the revolving recitation. The method is: visualize yourself clearly as the Yidam, and from the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the heart, the root mantra etc. emanate like bubbles bursting, emitting white light for pacifying, yellow light for increasing, red light for magnetizing, and black light for wrathful. The white light pacifies all sins and obscurations, the yellow light increases all qualities, the red light magnetizes all beings, and the black light destroys all demons, evil spirits, diseases, and sins. When reciting the mantras, in the pacifying aspect, recite one after another without interruption, like walking on a bridge in Lhasa; in the increasing aspect, one mantra follows another, like a bunch of grapes; in the magnetizing aspect, one mantra is below another, one mantra is above another, hooked together like iron hooks, like iron chains; in the wrathful aspect, one mantra is coiled around another, like a thread. These mantras emerge from the mouth of the father, enter the mouth of the mother, pass through the shape of the body, emerge from the lotus, enter the vajra of the father, and dissolve into the ཧཱུྃ་ at the heart, which is the outward cycle. Or, mantras emerge from the ཨཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal meaning: Ang) of the mother, from the mouth of the mother enter the mouth of the father, which is the inward cycle. Do whichever is comfortable. In these cycles, the respective mantras, as before, emit light from the union of the father and mother, striking the cycle of the mantra being recited, visualizing being magnetized, and then recite. After that, visualize in the sky in front of you all the gurus, yidams, buddhas, bodhisattvas gathered together, and on the crown of the heads of the deities, visualize the lords of the families. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, with palms joined, pray to all the Sugatas (Buddhas), beseeching that their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities bless me and all sentient beings, and that supreme accomplishments be swiftly attained. Pray that through this means, the precious Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) may arise in my being, along with the samadhi (meditative absorption) of the two stages and excellent, extraordinary realizations, and that they may increase and expand from above to above. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, contemplating that the samadhi and realization become stable. Visualize light radiating from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at the heart center, and gather the mandala. Sing the Vajra Song, recite auspicious verses, make aspirations, don armor, and then engage in activities. These are all manifestations of true realization. The basis for practicing recitation is to transform the elements possessed by ordinary individuals, and the two obscurations with their habitual tendencies that exist upon them, into the wisdom sound of Brahma, whose essence is bliss and emptiness, and whose form is the root mantra, heart mantra, etc., transforming them into the deity and its mantra to recite. The benefits are as follows: The 'Gur Tantra' says: 'For the sake of the Dakinis and independent women to appear, it is said to be the recitation of mantras, and it is also said to be for urging them. Mantras are said to be for invoking their hearing. For example, if a person is called by the sound of a voice, they will appear. Similarly, by reciting mantras, all the Sugatas will come.' etc. If you wish to know in detail the number of recitations, the order, the place of recitation, the form of the mala (rosary), etc., you should study the 'Essence of Meaning Made Clear'. Second, the Yoga of Torma Second is the method of offering Torma. The Sutra says: 'In order to protect the lives of sentient beings from obstacles and wrong paths, Vajrasattva (Diamond Mind) taught the Torma.' The 'Gur Tantra' says: 'One should contemplate an eight-petaled lotus in the center of the realm of space.' This is the abode of the guests. From the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) arises Brahma and other gods, from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) arises non-attachment and others, from the Ah (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) arises the source of power and others, all with hands holding objects and dignified faces. The gods above are all white, the powerful ones and others are similarly black, the source of power and others are greatly red, they all adorn their bodies with their consorts, their hands joined with vajra bells, their right leg extended, dwelling on the seat.' etc., these all explain in detail the method of offering Torma. Do not use containers made of leather or iron, but use containers made of skull or copper, etc., filled with food such as rice, and add the samaya (sacred commitment) essence of Vajra water. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
