Therefore, in order to abandon ordinary clinging, one must stabilize pride; in order to cease ordinary appearances, one must clearly contemplate appearances and practice focusing the mind on objects of focus. After that, the Completion Stage is also mainly contemplated as relying on the four chakras. Furthermore, one should contemplate according to reason. The objects of purification in the Completion Stage are: the order of the destruction of the outer world, the order of the death of sentient beings, clinging to emptiness, the impure appearances of the body's channels, syllables, elements, winds, etc. By purifying with the wisdom of the Completion Stage, which is the antidote, one attains the result of purification—the Dharmakaya. More precisely, each antidote purifies all objects of purification, and one antidote purifies the objects of all antidotes. In short, gathering the essence of all dharmas and purifying all habitual tendencies in the mindstream is the ultimate essence, which is the yoga of the two stages of union. Yoga of Non-Dwelling Regarding the Yoga of Non-Dwelling, there are eight types: the Yoga of Recitation Remembering Purity, the Yoga of Torma, the Yoga of Food, the Yoga of Mindfulness, the Yoga of Sleep, the Yoga of Rising, the Yoga of Bathing, and the Yoga of Conduct. First, the Yoga of Recitation Remembering Purity First of all, 'purity' in general is of three types: purity of essence, purity of sign or symbol, and purity of freedom from defilements. This is the second, the purity of establishing a sign or symbol. That is, because of great compassion, one is mindful of sentient beings, so the corners of the eyes are red; because of unchanging loving-kindness, the body and limbs are black; giving and kind speech, actions and meanings are consistent, that is, the four means of gathering are pure, so there are four legs; the eight faces are: the liberation of those with form seeing form, or the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, and cessation, which are the eight worldly liberations; and right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration, which are the eight supramundane liberations; and the eight powers mentioned above, which are the ultimate eight liberations. The sixteen hands are: the sixteen emptinesses from inner emptiness to the emptiness of non-entity. The mudra is a mandala, indicated by the Ugyen Mudra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Furthermore, there are five types of bone ornaments, and six are held for ashes and offerings. These are symbols of the complete purity of the Five Buddha Families, such as Akshobhya (不动佛) in the crown chakra. To subdue all stubborn and difficult-to-tame beings, a wrathful appearance is manifested, because for stubborn and violent beings, tranquility cannot be used to approach and subdue them. Just as the great Khenchen Dorje Chang (大堪布金刚持) said: 'The self transforms into Vajra (金刚)'. The body, speech, and mind are pure Vajra (金刚), hence the three eyes are called the pure eyes of the three Vajras (金刚). In addition, the pure appearance of oneself is the nature of immeasurable love. The three are mixed, becoming the foot of the consort. This foot is not bone, but red, with seven layers of skin. Or it can be said to be the seven branches of enlightenment: mindfulness, discrimination, effort, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity. The types of bones, head, joints, ribs, etc., represent the purity of the Four Noble Truths: suffering, origin, cessation, and path. The sixth is explained from one aspect: flesh fills the outside of the bones, blood fills the blood vessels, semen and essence fill the womb, marrow and fat fill the bone cavities and muscle gaps, skin covers these, and bones serve as the support for these. This is from one aspect. Represented by the seven branches of enlightenment, all impure realms are purified by the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment. The four goddesses purify the four: blood, flesh, semen, and marrow, with four types of right mindfulness. With this, the five aggregates are purified, and the five roots and five powers are used to purify. The eight major joints that need to be purified are purified by the Eightfold Noble Path. Like this, what can be purified and what is purified, or what represents and what is represented, should be practiced in the inseparability of samsara and nirvana. After that, the text says to gather the mandala, but in reality, it is not gathered, but recited. There are many ways to recite, but the key to practice is: first, string the rosary according to the order of the lineage, then make a double protection wheel, and the method of blessing is: smear the rosary with fragrance, offer inner offerings, purify with amrita (藏文:བདུད་རྩི,梵文天城体:अमृत,梵文罗马拟音:amṛta,汉语字面意思:不死), and place it on the throne. When reciting, one's right hand's five fingers are in the shape of a five-pronged vajra (金刚杵), and there is a sun disc in the palm, 3-481 Starting from ka, kha, ga, etc., rotate clockwise, with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the center. The five fingers of the left hand are in the shape of a five-petaled lotus, and there is a moon disc in the palm. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
