symbolizes. The right hand grants supreme bestowal, and the left hand grants refuge. Combining the deities and the powerful ones in sequence, The body and earth become the support, speech and water become the means of guiding others, mind and fire become the clarity of mind, dust and wind become the movement, and all-pervading and moonlight enter into everything. Fulfilling desires and maturing the sun, activities and Yama (Lord of Death) become powerful. The qualities and the generosity of wealth are similar in eliminating poverty, and it is only Yama that diminishes the unfavorable aspects, while generosity of wealth only has favorable aspects. The remaining six perform both functions. The first two hands embracing the mother represent the union of skillful means and wisdom. The five wisdoms are fully perfected, so each head is adorned with five dry human skulls, and the head is adorned with a garland of fifty wet human heads, symbolizing the nature of wisdom. Adorned with six bone ornaments, symbolizing the essence of the six perfections (Pāramitās). The four feet symbolize the four means of gathering disciples, although there are many differences, from the perspective of the common view of our own tradition, the legs are separated, arranged in front and back, the two right legs are extended, and the two left legs are bent, with the toes pointing towards each other, residing in a half-lotus posture of dance. As stated in the root tantra: 'Residing in the sun, accompanied by music.' It is also translated as: 'Residing in the sun, possessing dance postures.' The Guhya Tantra states: 'Residing in a half-lotus posture of dance.' Jetsun Tsemoche said: 'Those are also equally stacked in the heart, the two right feet are suppressed. It is a half-lotus posture in the manner of music.' Its right leg is extended, which means compassion pervades sentient beings. The left leg is bent, which means not grasping any Dharma of wisdom and letting go. Therefore, in the center of the lotus and sun mandala, on the seat stacked with the four Maras (demons), the two right feet do not enter Nirvana because great compassion pervades sentient beings, so the right foot is extended. Not grasping any Dharma of wisdom, to show that one does not enter Samsara (cyclic existence), so the left foot is bent. Like a dancer, benefiting sentient beings with various postures, therefore residing in a half-lotus posture of dance. Secondly, regarding the nine dance postures, three of them are about body postures, which are indicated by 'charming and brave, unpleasant.' Charming refers to the body adorned with various ornaments, possessing a captivating charm that is pleasing to the eye, thereby subduing sentient beings with attachment. Brave refers to suppressing the four Maras... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The one with a great and majestic body subdues those with hatred; the ugly one, with various expressions such as anger and desire, subdues those with ignorance. The three aspects of speech are: rough, violent, and terrifying. The rough one, with laughter full of joy and attachment, subdues those with desire. The violent one, with sounds like 'Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:cut)', subdues those with hatred; the terrifying one, for those who cling to permanence and annihilation, subdues those with ignorance with speech that unites appearance and emptiness. The three aspects of mind are: compassion, wrath, and peace. As such, there are three. With compassion, one intends to take care of sentient beings, subduing those with desire; with great loving-kindness, one becomes extremely wrathful, subduing those with hatred; with the great peace of union, one subdues the ignorance of those with wrong views. Third, in her lap, one clearly visualizes the mother Vajra Nairātmyā (无我母), as described in the scriptures, with the emptiness of both the self of the person and the self of phenomena. The purity of the above is all understood. Third, Chöje Sakya Paṇḍita said: 'In the deity's body, there is a basis for purification and a means of purification, a dependent arising of the two.' Thus, it is important to identify and meditate on the deity's face, hands, ornaments, etc., with the basis for purification and the means of purification. To explain in detail, the eight faces are the means of purification, and the eight consciousness aggregates are the basis for purification. Among them are the eight worldly dharmas. All the karmic obscurations accumulated through these two are transformed into the eight liberations, the eightfold noble path, and the ultimate eight powers, which are then meditated upon in the form of the eight faces. The transformation of the sixteen hands purifies the sixteen, namely the sixteen changes, the twelve sources, and the four: birth, old age, sickness, and death, totaling sixteen. The four feet purify the four births. The twenty-two eyes purify the twenty-two faculties, and the two: clarity and emptiness, totaling twenty-four. The crescent-shaped fangs purify self-cherishing. The garland of skulls purifies the cycle of suffering arising from the five aggregates of appropriation. In short, the basis for purification is samsara, and the means of purification is nirvana. The yogi mixes these two inseparably, establishes them on the basis of a single mind, and practices them. This is the supreme method. Second, meditating on the triple Bodhicitta. Gur says: 'With all these mantras, establish wisdom in compassion.' The meaning of what is said has three forms: extensive, intermediate, and concise. In this case, practice the concise meditation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
