Secondly, the eight gatherings are the eight great charnel grounds (Tibetan: དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་), such as the fierce charnel ground in the east. Their meanings should be contemplated as they are. Third, the place of meditation: meditating outside the protection circle, meditating inside the common protection circle but outside the uncommon, meditating inside the uncommon but outside the Dharma origin, and meditating inside the Dharma origin but outside the palace. This time, we choose the last method for meditation. Fourth, the method of meditation: The meanings of the four-limbed realization have been simplified in the sixth, so meditate according to the sixth. As stated in the eighteenth chapter of 'Hevajra Dakini Ocean', this method is very trustworthy and has great blessings. Fifth, the necessity of meditation: to completely purify the body and samsara, to control gods and spirits, to determine the location of the offering feast, and to integrate and practice the base, path, and result. The charnel ground is for understanding the state of purification of samsara, the palace is for showing the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment as the path of purification, and the nine deities are for symbolizing the five wisdoms and four immeasurables as the result of purification. The way to introduce the object of purification and the purifier: The object of purification is divided into inner and outer. First, the eight directions and four corners appear as the eight great charnel grounds. Internally, the eight holes formed by combining the two nostrils into one are the eight great charnel grounds. The eight channels rooted in them are the eight trees. Then, the eight consciousnesses that flow are the guardians of the eight directions. Their mounts are the eight winds, which are the guardians of the eight fields. They are combined with the five elements, so mountains, fire, water, clouds, and stupas are all complete in the eight great charnel grounds. The method of purifying the eight outer and inner charnel grounds is: the eight charnel grounds around the palace. Although they resemble impure appearances, they are not actually impure but are appearances of wisdom. These are the basis for purification, whether gained or not, whether pleasant or unpleasant, whether pleasing or not, whether praised or blamed, to purify the eight worldly dharmas. Furthermore, the eight charnel grounds are the residences of the eight Buddhas, completely pure. The eight rivers are the complete purity of great compassion. The eight trees are the complete purity of the Bodhi tree. The eight clouds are the complete purity of the Bodhi mind. The eight fires are the complete purity of the wisdom of the Buddhas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The eight great compassionate lords are delighted, the eight directional guardians and the seven Buddhas, the venerable Maitreya and the eight Bodhisattvas, and the eight protectors of the land are all pure. Fourth, regarding the internal structure: Here is the unique principle of the Chakrasamvara mandala, a mandala without high or low, with celestial garments of various colors, possessing five subtle parts. The center is blue, and in the center is an eight-petaled lotus with a single subtle part of the stem, covered by a vajra enclosure. Although there are many different descriptions of the lotus's color, the 'Compendium of Sources' states: 'The four directions are red, fire and wind are yellow, the powerful one is blue, and true emptiness is green.' Or it may correspond to the colors of the goddesses, or decorate according to the colors of each direction and intermediate points, as you wish. In the center of the lotus is the sun, and on each of the eight petals is a lunar disc. The main deity's seat is described in the root tantra as: 'Sitting on the sun,' and indicates 'simultaneously suppressing the four maras.' That is, above the sun are the essence of the four maras: the Skandha Mara, the Devaputra Mara, the Yama Mara, and the Klesha Mara, which are the yellow Brahma of the Form Realm, the white Indra, the near one is the sinful demon of Paranirmita-vasavartin, blue, the fierce one is the black Mahadeva, facing upwards, with palms joined. The seats of the goddesses are described in the root tantra as: 'Brahma, Indra, the near one, the fierce one, Yama and Kubera, true emptiness and good friend.' The seats of Gauri and others. Therefore, they are also the Brahma of the Desire Realm, the Indra of the East, Vishnu, the fierce one of Shiva, Yama of the South, the Rakshasa of the Southwest, the Asura Indra, the good friend, the eight, placed sequentially on the seats of the eight petals. The four maras spread on the main deity's seat symbolize the subduing of the four maras. The retinue suppresses the eight arrogant ones. The venerable Tsemö says: 'Meditating on the eight seats is a symbol of abandoning the conceptual thoughts of the four maras and the four elements.' The objects to be purified are the earth element, the form aggregate, the eye sense, the eye consciousness, ignorance, and the mind's appearance, including the habitual tendencies of the container world. By transforming through visualizing the deity and the mandala, the purified result obtained is the attainment of the nature and mandala of Vairochana. This is also integrating samsara and nirvana, practicing through the four methods. The mantra for increasing pride should be recited: Om Sarva Tathagata all the Thus-gone-ones Nilaya palace Vajra vajra Svabhava nature Atma self Aham I. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
