Actions. (3) The definition of the Mother of Offering, Omniscient Wisdom: It is the wisdom that can accomplish the wishes of her own son, the noble Buddha. That is, one with the definition of omniscient wisdom directly accomplishes the wishes of her own son, the noble Buddha; one who is in accordance with omniscient wisdom accomplishes the wishes of the noble Buddha indirectly. The wishes of the noble Buddha are: to turn the wheel of Dharma for the benefit of others. Regarding the Dharma wheel, there are two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: any of the sacred Dharma spoken by the Teacher that cuts off aspects that are not in accordance with itself is the definition of the Dharma wheel. Its classifications are twofold: the Dharma wheel of realization and the Dharma wheel of scripture. The first has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: the truth of liberation that arises from the practice of the three wisdoms of scripture that reveals itself, is the definition of the Dharma wheel of realization. Its classifications are twofold: the truth of cessation and the truth of the path. The second has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: the consciousness that appears as a collection of names, words, and letters, mainly showing the cause and effect of liberation, is the definition of the Dharma wheel of scripture. Its classifications are twofold: the Buddha's words (བཀའ།) and treatises (བསྟན་བཅོས།). The Buddha's words are classified from the perspective of definitive and provisional meaning, into sutras of provisional meaning and sutras of definitive meaning. The first has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: for the sake of especially taming sentient beings with the potential for the common vehicle, and for the purpose of accumulating merit, the sutra that mainly explains the conventional truth is the definition of the sutra of provisional meaning. Its classifications are twofold: sutras of provisional meaning that are provisional, and sutras of provisional meaning that are definitive. The definition of the first is: any sutra of provisional meaning that cannot be accepted literally is the definition of the sutra of provisional meaning that is provisional. An example is a sutra such as 'killing father and mother'. The definition of the second is: any sutra of provisional meaning that can be accepted literally is the definition of the sutra of provisional meaning that is definitive. An example is a sutra such as 'happiness arises from accumulating merit'. The second, the sutra of definitive meaning, has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: for the sake of especially taming sentient beings with the potential for the uncommon vehicle, and for the purpose of accumulating wisdom, the sutra that mainly explains the ultimate truth. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The first type, its nature is: Any definitive meaning sutra that cannot be accepted literally is the nature of the definitive meaning sutra with non-definitive meaning. For example, the 'Perfection of Wisdom Sutra'. The second type, its nature is: Any definitive meaning sutra that can be accepted literally is the nature of the definitive meaning sutra with definitive meaning. The first type has two aspects: nature and classification. First, its nature is: A sutra that mainly elucidates the intended meaning is the nature of the sutra with intended meaning. It is divided into four types: intended meaning of equality, intended meaning of other times, intended meaning of other meanings, and intended meaning of the thoughts of the individual. The second type has two aspects: nature and classification. Its nature is: A sutra that mainly elucidates the intended meaning is the nature of the sutra with hidden intended meaning.
