The peak practice is divided into two types. The first type has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms (Sarvākārajñāna, Mārgaākārajñāna, Vastujñāna) in the mindstream of ordinary beings. The classifications are: the peak practice of signs, the peak practice of increase, the peak practice of definite stability, and the peak practice of mind abiding everywhere, which are four in total. The first, the definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms, which is directly represented by the twelve signs in the sutras. This is the same in meaning as the peak practice of heat. The example is: like the samadhi wisdom of the heat stage of the path of joining of a bodhisattva. The classifications are twelve, consisting of six signs in dreams and six signs in waking. The second, the definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms, which is directly represented by the sixteen increases in the sutras, is the definition of the peak practice of increase. This is the same in meaning as the peak practice of the peak. The example is: like the samadhi wisdom of the peak stage of the path of joining of a bodhisattva. The third, the definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms, which is directly represented by the two stabilities in the sutras, is the definition of the peak practice of definite stability. This is the same in meaning as the peak practice of patience. The example is: like the samadhi wisdom of the patience stage of the path of joining of a bodhisattva. The fourth, the definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms, which is directly represented by the subsequent rejoicing in the sutras, is the definition of the peak practice of mind abiding everywhere. This is the same in meaning as the peak practice of supreme dharma. The example is: like the samadhi wisdom of the supreme dharma stage of the path of joining of a bodhisattva. The second, the peak practice of the noble ones has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: the bodhisattva's yoga that has thoroughly cultivated the collection of the three wisdoms in the mindstream of the noble ones. The classifications are: the peak practice of the path of seeing, the peak practice of the path of meditation, and the peak practice of the uninterrupted path, which are three in total. The first, there are two aspects: explaining what is to be abandoned and explaining the actual peak practice of the path of seeing. The first has two aspects: definition and classification. The definition is: any conceptualization that is a distorted perception of the nature of objects and has not become something to be abandoned by meditation, is the definition of the conceptualizations to be abandoned by seeing mentioned here. The classifications are: the conceptualizations of the apprehended to be abandoned by seeing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
