It is the characteristic of wisdom that combines knowledge and practice. Example: Serving the Thus-Gone One's mother, etc., are the sixteen yogas of a Bodhisattva who realizes the nature of various states. Secondly, from the perspective of action and accomplishment, the characteristics of the Mahayana yoga are divided into two: characteristics and classifications. The characteristic is: a unique mark on the basis of its own example, which makes the Mahayana yoga superior to the Hinayana yoga. The classifications include: from the perspective of action and accomplishment, the characteristics of the Mahayana Path Wisdom Yoga and the characteristics of the Omniscient Wisdom Yoga. Example: It is the sixteen yogas of a Bodhisattva in the form of realization that realizes the selflessness of inconceivable and other dharmas. Thirdly, from the perspective of action and accomplishment, the action characteristics of the Mahayana yoga are divided into two: characteristics and classifications. The characteristic is: a unique mark on the basis of its own example, mainly leaving an imprint of perfect altruistic activities in the future. The classifications include: from the perspective of action and accomplishment, the action characteristics of the Mahayana Base Wisdom Yoga, the action characteristics of the Path Wisdom Yoga, and the action characteristics of the Omniscient Wisdom Yoga. The characteristic of the first is: a unique mark on the basis of its own example, mainly in the future, it is the form of realization that closely accomplishes the activities of benefit, happiness, and protection. Example: Upon becoming a Buddha, it is like the yoga of a Bodhisattva who closely accomplishes the activities of benefit, happiness, and protection. The characteristic of the second is: a unique mark on the basis of its own example, mainly in the future, it is the form of realization that closely accomplishes the activities of the seven protections, etc. This is the characteristic of the action characteristic of the Mahayana Path Wisdom Yoga from the perspective of action and accomplishment. Example: Upon becoming a Buddha, it is like the yoga of a Bodhisattva who closely accomplishes the activities of the seven protections, etc. The characteristic of the third is: a unique mark on the basis of its own example, mainly in the future, it is the form of realization that closely becomes the proximate cause of turning the wheel of Dharma. This is the Mahayana Omniscient Wisdom Yoga from the perspective of action and accomplishment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is the characteristic of the practice that conjoins with omniscience. Definition: It refers to the Bodhisattva yoga that accomplishes the proximate cause for the Buddha to turn the wheel of Dharma. Second, from the perspective of accomplishing actions, the characteristics of the Mahayana practice are divided into two: definition and classification. Definition: It refers to that which is designated as the basis for what is to be represented by the term 'Mahayana practice' through the three distinguishing knowledges. Classification: From the perspective of accomplishing actions, there are three types: the characteristic of the Mahayana foundational knowledge practice, the characteristic of the Mahayana path knowledge practice, and the characteristic of the Mahayana omniscience practice. First, definition: It refers to that which is designated as the basis for what is to be represented by the term through the two knowledges of the Mahayana foundational knowledge practice. Example: such as the practice of the nature of being devoid of afflictions. Second, definition: It refers to that which is designated as the basis for what is to be represented by the term through the three distinguishing knowledges of the Mahayana path knowledge practice. This is the definition of the characteristic of the Mahayana path knowledge practice from the perspective of accomplishing actions. Example: such as the practice of the nature of difficult deeds. Third, definition: It refers to that which is designated as the basis for what is to be represented by the term through the three distinguishing knowledges of the Mahayana omniscience practice. This is the definition of the characteristic of the Mahayana omniscience practice from the perspective of accomplishing actions. Example: such as the practice of the nature of objects. Second, if the complete stage practice has arisen in the continuum, then the stages of meditation can be divided into two: one is to meditate only on the complete stage practice, without distinguishing the causes of the three kayas individually; the other is to meditate on special practices as the cause of the three kayas along with their activities. The first can be divided into two: merely explaining the complete stage practice, and explaining it from the perspective of the benefits of a non-returning individual. The first is further divided into definition and classification. Definition: It refers to the Bodhisattva yoga that meditates in order to attain what has not yet been attained, the mastery over the aspects of the three unborn states. This is the definition of the complete stage practice to be taught in the fourth chapter. Classification: It is divided into the complete stage practice of the accumulation path and the complete stage practice of the preparation path. The first is called 'a share in liberation'. Definition: It refers to the Mahayana practitioner who, through wisdom, realizes that all phenomena lack true nature, and through skillful means, is able to generate virtues such as generosity in their own continuum. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
