Therefore, there are sixty-four. Third, regarding the classification of the fruit of abandonment, there are two aspects: definition and classification. First, the definition is: the liberation that arises from being freed from the defilements that are the portion of the uninterrupted path of the Seeing Path of the self-cause Great Vehicle. Second, the classification is: there are two types of fruit: conditioned and unconditioned. The first type includes the fifteen aspects from the knowledge of suffering to the subsequent knowledge of the path. The second type includes all the cessation truths in the continuum of the Seeing Path practitioner, because there are no obstacles to the Meditative Path arising in the continuum of the Seeing Path practitioner. Fourth, regarding the classification of the individuals who abide in that, there are two aspects: the definition of the Great Vehicle Seeing Path practitioner and the classification. First, the definition is: the noble bodhisattva who has not yet attained the second ground. Second, the classification is: the Seeing Path practitioner who possesses the Seeing Path in their continuum, the Seeing Path practitioner who possesses the Meditative Path in their continuum, and the Seeing Path practitioner who does not possess the path in their continuum. Among these three, the first is the individual who possesses any one of the sixteen moments of knowledge and acceptance in their continuum. The second includes those individuals who possess the mental engagement of the lion's roar in meditative equipoise and the conceptualization of dependent origination in post-meditation, as well as those who possess the continuum of the first ground's purification. The third is like the Seeing Path practitioner who has manifest conceptualizations of imputation in their continuum. 2-801 Third, regarding the classification of the Meditative Path, there are four aspects: the classification of what is to be abandoned by meditation, the classification of the Meditative Path that abandons, the classification of the fruit of abandonment, and the classification of the individuals who abide in that. The first has two aspects: definition and classification. First, the definition is: the cognitive obscurations that are to be overcome by the uninterrupted path of the Great Vehicle Meditative Path, and which belong to the category of what is to be abandoned. Second, the classification is: from the perspective of essence, there are two types: manifest conceptualizations and habitual tendencies. The first also has two aspects: definition and classification. First, the definition is: the mind of manifest clinging that is to be overcome by the uninterrupted path of the impure Meditative Path, and which belongs to the category of what is to be abandoned. Second, the classification is: according to the teachers, there are four types: the conceptualization of grasping at what is completely afflicted, the conceptualization of grasping at what is completely purified, the conceptualization of grasping at substance, and the conceptualization of grasping at imputation. According to the noble ones and the root texts, there are four types: the conceptualization of grasping at the object of application, the conceptualization of grasping at the object of engagement, the conceptualization of imputation upon sentient beings, and the conceptualization that relies on the reason for imputation. Second, regarding habitual tendencies, there are two aspects: definition and classification. First, the definition is: the habitual tendencies that are to be overcome by the uninterrupted path of the Great Vehicle Meditative Path, and which belong to the category of what is to be abandoned. Second, the classification is: great habitual tendencies, medium habitual tendencies, and small habitual tendencies. Each of these is further divided into three, making a total of nine. 2-802 Classifying from the perspective of the object, there are the conceptualization of the grasper and the conceptualization of the grasped. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
