在入胎识('jug pa'i rnam shes)中,有五门识(sgo lnga'i rnam par shes pa)和第六意识(drug pa yid kyi rnam par shes pa)二者。 首先,对于不专注的根识(yi ma gtad pa'i dbang po'i rnam par shes pa)和专注的根识(yi gtad pa'i dbang po'i rnam par shes pa)二者,在前者的随行中,只有遍行五蕴生起,而其他的不生起,因为它的因缘不具足。

Four do not arise: the object and aspect of the ālaya-vijñāna (kun gzhi) are constant, because the objects and aspects of other transformations are not constant. In the retinue of the afflicted mind (nyon yid), only the five omnipresent mental factors (kun 'gro lnga), namely attention, feeling, perception, volition, and contact, desire ('dod chags), pride (nga rgyal), ignorance (ma rig pa), view (lta ba), and doubt (dgu) arise; while the five object-determining mental factors (yul nges lnga) do not arise in its retinue, because the objects and aspects of the five object-determining mental factors are each definite, while the object and aspect of the afflicted mind are definite as one. Among the six root afflictions (rtsa nyon drug), hatred (zhe sdang) and hesitation (the tshom) do not arise in its retinue, because hatred is necessarily unwholesome, while the afflicted mind is necessarily neutral; and hesitation is necessarily the sixth consciousness (yid shes), while the afflicted mind is necessarily not the sixth consciousness. Furthermore, the twenty secondary afflictions (nye nyon nyi shu) and the four other transformations also do not arise, because they are necessarily based on either the sixth consciousness or any of the sense consciousnesses, while the afflicted mind is necessarily not any of the sense consciousnesses or the sixth consciousness. In the entering consciousness ('jug pa'i rnam shes), there are the five sense consciousnesses (sgo lnga'i rnam par shes pa) and the sixth consciousness (drug pa yid kyi rnam par shes pa). First, for the non-attentive sense consciousness (yi ma gtad pa'i dbang po'i rnam par shes pa) and the attentive sense consciousness (yi gtad pa'i dbang po'i rnam par shes pa), in the retinue of the former, only the five omnipresent mental factors arise, while others do not arise, because its conditions are not complete. In the latter, there are three types: wholesome, unwholesome, and neutral. First, in the retinue of the sense consciousness that has become wholesome, twenty-three mental factors (sems byung nyi shu rtsa gsum) arise, namely the five omnipresent mental factors, the five object-determining mental factors, the eleven virtuous factors such as faith (dad sogs dge ba bcu gcig), and investigation and analysis. In its retinue, the twenty-six mental factors, including the six root afflictions and the twenty secondary afflictions, do not arise, because it is wholesome, while the twenty-six are afflictions. Sleep (gnyid) and regret ('gyod) do not arise, because it is a sense consciousness, while sleep and regret are necessarily mental consciousness. In the retinue of the sense consciousness that has become unwholesome, twenty-five mental factors arise, namely the five omnipresent mental factors, the five object-determining mental factors, the three root afflictions of desire, hatred, and delusion ('dod chags zhe sdang gti mug gsum), the last set of ten secondary afflictions (nye nyon bcu tshan tha ma), and investigation and analysis. In its retinue, the eleven virtuous factors do not arise, because it is unwholesome. In its retinue, the latter three root afflictions, the first set of ten secondary afflictions (nye nyon bcu tshan dang po), and the fifteen including the other transformations of sleep and regret do not arise. Because it is a sense consciousness, if any of the fifteen are mental consciousness. In the sense consciousness that has become neutral, there are obscured neutral (bsgribs lung ma bstan) and unobscured neutral (ma bsgribs lung ma bstan). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
