This precious scripture, possessing the number of the ten bhumis, is indispensable as the eye of the teachings, encompassing the profound and vast sutras and tantras, along with various cultures. Hereafter, those who are regarded as unparalleled treasures, which cannot be compared to treasures like Norbu Tserag, and those who are regarded as the impoverished words of the Dharma holders, will emerge like the immaculate moon, with the aspiration of heart-sons and pure disciples to assist in printing. Firstly, it is the treasure trove of the profound and vast teachings of Je Tsongkhapa, the foremost of the heart-transmitted disciples. The monasteries (referring to Ganden and Drepung monasteries), these two monasteries are sufficient to accommodate the gathering of the Sugatas, the great Dharma hall of this great palace, along with the support and the supported, are the vital points for pacifying the disturbances in the Tibetan region, the moxibustion of the earth veins, the assistance for the complete fulfillment of the prophecy of Orgyen Vajra, etc. Through the five kinds of joy that accord with the Dharma and the nine kinds of service, there is no laziness or weariness in accomplishing the activities of the guru, emulating the way the previous Kagyu lineage gurus relied on the guru. The close attendant Guru Jamyang Gelek, with a single-minded devotion to the teachings of Je Tsongkhapa, strives tirelessly in all aspects of the work, both coarse and fine, without any slackness, and does not waste the objects of faith, not even a needle and thread, in inappropriate places, but rather matures them into a collection of pure virtuous deeds. This story is depicted in the minds of the wise like a painting. And offering a large amount of precious wealth to Je Tsongkhapa himself, etc., entering the pure and immaculate biography of the holy ones. Hereafter, although there is not much accumulation that can be used as an unsurpassed treasure, the large amount of merchandise is transformed into pure Dharma activities. At that time, the fully qualified spiritual friend of Buddhism, the Khenchen Great Master who holds the meaning of Vajra, the supreme heart-son of Je Tsongkhapa, Karma Tashi Wozer Zhiwai Nyingpo, with great respect and joy, knowing the reasons and importance of the Guru's teachings, took responsibility. After about two years, he re-engraved, separately displayed and collected, proofread, engraved, established, etc., almost all of which were done personally, taking responsibility with utmost care. Therefore, wages and donations, etc., also spent a lot of his own wealth. Among them, he first created a good path of virtue. Similarly, Je Tsongkhapa

Also, the close attendant Dampa Tsering Dondrup of the hermitage, the heart of the Lama's seat, generally believes that in order to fulfill the wishes of Lama Vajradhara, everything, whether big or small, that should be fulfilled by oneself, should be accomplished with great respect from the bottom of one's heart. All the works of service should be done without any slackness, exerting all efforts, so that he is satisfied from the bottom of his heart, and possesses the praiseworthy qualities of establishing the lifeblood of the path to liberation. In particular, for writing and carving the endless profound and vast collections of teachings such as the Treasury of Precious Instructions, with pure intention, he has been continuously giving wealth without any stinginess. Here, also, in order to continue the new edition carving and proofreading carving of the previous sequel, all the necessary equipment, expenses, food, wealth, and materials for the implementation were fully satisfied, so that the middle and the end were completely accomplished with virtuous deeds. In terms of proofreading, most of the previous ones were purified by the sight of Khenchen Dharma Raja Mangala-rasmi. Later, as all the folios were completed, Karma Yeshe Gyatso, who is intelligent and discerning, finalized them with three examinations, thereby purifying them. Similarly, for the supporting work of the beginning, middle, and end of the previous and subsequent editions, always maintaining respectful intention, without abandoning diligence, Gerong Nyima Gonpo, the manager who is skilled in cutting and cleverly manipulating the machines, took great respect for the Lama's teachings and completed them well through tireless service. In terms of arranging the folios, etc., we ignorant and foolish ones also took on some responsibility for examination. Regarding proofreading, etc., Pal Khang Lotsawa said: "With the four analytical wisdoms as the ninth, when it is not obtained, of all the Dharma, whether the definition is known is because of it, who can know all the combinations?" As it is said, there may be errors arising from ignorance, but it is believed that there is no such thing as each of us belittling and perfunctorily doing things as we please. In the future, among the disciples of Lama Tsongkhapa, the virtuous and learned great beings, for the errors and unreasonable faults that I and others have made due to ignorance, it is essential to correct them with rational methods and purify them with examination. May the collection of editions thus completed be manifestly elevated by the glory of the four activities (pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating) and the ten virtues.
