After explaining the method of connection and the remaining meanings, the meaning of "said and unsaid" comes from the 'Skillful Connection' translated by the Omniscient Great Scholar: "Tidra and Kritra and others, and what is expressed by compound words, there the first is the action, the unsaid is another case." It means that if Tidra and other words have already expressed the object and the agent, then the first case should be given; if it is not expressed in this way, then other cases that are in accordance with the deserved qualifications should be used. Generally speaking, after explaining the actual meaning of the text, the unsaid part naturally arises in meaning. First, briefly explain the position of Tidra: "For the agent, there is the la letter change, or for things and actions." Tidra, that is, the so-called "de" of Kalapa and so on, one hundred and eighty, the root of all the suffixes is summarized into ten categories such as la, and the special marks are only additions, so when it is not combined with it, only the absence of the la letter vowel is the essence of the suffix. They will become the agent, or become the meaning of things and actions. That's what it says. Then, the detailed explanation is divided into two types: actual and special. The first is: "Tipra and other nine changes, and la change Shatri Kasu, etc., are called words with other meanings, and are clearly established on the agent itself." The eighteen groups of la changes, Tipra and so on, appear in ten groups, so the former of each is Tipra and other nine, and the la change Shatri Kvasu, which is shown as a Kritra suffix, namely Shantridra and Kwanu of Kalapa. These are called words with other meanings, because from the perspective of sound, they are used to prove words with other meanings, and from the perspective of the scope of application of meaning, they make the meaning of the agent clear, so it should be proved there. The second type is also divided into two types: related to the other meaning of the word and related to its own meaning. The first is: "A, U, Na, Nu, Na, Ya, Ti, Vikara makes the agent clear." Shastra, Sam, Anra, Vikara, etc., which change between self-nature and suffix, make the agent clear. The second is: "Yakra and Tadra, by combining Ana, make things and actions very clear." As shown above by the other meaning, Tadra, that is, de, etc., and the Kritra suffix.

As the Anas such as Anashra and Shanadra that are said, can clarify things and actions; Yakra or Yanra also clarifies that meaning. So it is said. After that, a few examples of those are: Pacha Devadatta Odanam. Deva Datta cooks food. Here, Pacha is the root of cooking, becoming a sign of things with action, for the author, combining the present tense De (Tibetan: ཏི།), and Anra Vikara (Tibetan: ཨནྲ་བི་ཀ་ར།), because it speaks of those authors, therefore for the author thing Deva Datta, the first case is combined on the author that is said. Sa is the distinction. A is eliminated from other vowels, etc., because it does not express the meaning of action, therefore for the action that is not explained, the second case is combined on Odana. Similarly, Tishtha Ti Grame Deva Dattah (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ་ཏི་གྲཱ་མེ་དེ་བ་དཏྟཿ). Deva Datta dwells in the village. Here, Stha (Tibetan: སྠཱ།) is the root of dwelling, from the root without action, combining the present tense De (Tibetan: ཏི།) and Anra Vi (Tibetan: ཨནྲ་བི།) for the author. After Aastha (Tibetan: ཨཱ་སྠཱ།) is changed to Tishtha (Tibetan: ཏིཥྛ།) and combined, therefore it speaks of the author. The first case is combined for the author thing. Grama (Tibetan: གྲཱ་མ།) is action, because there is no explanation of action, the seventh case is combined in the meaning of the second case. From the root without action to things. Sthiyate Deva Dattena (Tibetan: སྠི་ཡ་ཏེ་དེ་བ་དཏྟེ་ན།). Deva Datta dwells. Sthiyate Asmabhih (Tibetan: སྠི་ཡ་ཏེ་ཨསྨ་བྷིཿ). We dwell. Here, Stha (Tibetan: སྠཱ།) is the root without action, from the root with the meaning of dwelling, combining the present tense De (Tibetan: ཏེ།) and Yanra, since those things and actions are explained in any way, here when combining with the root without action, because it will explain things, therefore Deva Datta and we cannot get the second case, therefore the third case Ta (Tibetan: ཊཱ།) and Besra (Tibetan: བྷིསྲ།) are given. That is also Deva Datta dwells, only showing the nature of being so named, not only is there no special action to be done, but the root is also without action, therefore the knowers of words say things. From the root with action, for the action or the letter Na (Tibetan: ན།) changes. Odana Pachyate Deva Dattena (Tibetan: ཨོ་ད་ནཿཔ་ཙྱ་ཏེ་དེ་བ་དཏྟེ་ན།). Odanau Pachye Deva Dattena (Tibetan: ཨོ་ད་ནཽ་པ་ཙེྱ་དེ་བ་དཏྟེ་ན།). Odanaah Pachyan Te Deva Dattena (Tibetan: ཨོ་ད་ནཱཿཔ་ཙྱ་ནྟེ་དེ་བ་དཏྟེ་ན།). Those Deva Datta and, Deva Datta etc. and, Deva Dattas cook food, so it is said, for the food to be cooked, also combining one, two, and many words. That is also, from Pacha combining the present tense De (Tibetan: ཏེ།) and Yakra, because the root is with action, and the Sa (Tibetan: ས།) of De (Tibetan: ཏེ།) and Yanra also expresses action, from all doors it becomes with action, therefore when combining with it, Odana is the thing of action, even so, the second case is not combined.

Applying the first to the action of explaining 'gyar'. Here, as illustrated in the examples, the general statement of the word expressing the action or the agent should be applied in the same way to the object that has obtained the distinction by 'si' etc., whichever of the singular, dual, or plural words it is applied to. Similarly, 'shandridra' or 'shatrisra' expresses the agent. 'Odanaṃ pacra na devadattaḥ': Deva Datta cooks food. 'Odanaṃ pacantī strī': A woman cooks food. Since 'shandridra' is applied from 'pacra', it expresses the agent, so the first case should be applied to the actual agent, Deva Datta, and 'strī'. When 'yantra' expresses the object, for example, 'Odanaḥ pacya māna ste na': He cooks food. Here, since 'ānaśra' and 'yantra' are applied from 'pacra', and it expresses the object in all cases, the first case is applied to 'odan'. Sometimes 'ānaśra' also expresses the agent, such as 'Odanaṃ paca māno brāhmaḥ': A Brahmin cooks food. Although 'ānaśra' from 'pacra' expresses the object, because the intermediate condition 'anra' expresses the agent, 'paca mānaḥ' becomes the meaning of the agent, so the first case is applied to 'brāhma', and since the object is not expressed, the second case is applied to food. From the implication of this, it should also be understood that when intermediate conditions such as 'anra bi' are applied to words of self-interest, they also become the meaning of the agent. Expressing the entity is 'bhuya te maṅkure': It means 'sprouts arise', that is, 'yantra' is applied from the root of 'bhū' which exists from non-existence, and since 'maṅkura' does not obtain the second case, 'ṭā' is given. 'Kaṭaṃ karo ti deva dattaḥ': Deva Datta makes a mat. Like that, although the root 'kṛñra' is with the object, since 'ti' and 'u bi' etc. establish the agent, 'karo ti' expresses the agent, so the second case word 'amra' is applied to the object word 'kaṭa'. 'Sukhaṃ nu bhū ya te svāminā': The lord experiences happiness. Although 'bhū' is a root of existence from non-existence, since 'te' and 'anra' are applied, it expresses the object, so it becomes with the object from all doors, so it should also be understood that 'sukha' has 'si mu' done to it, etc. ༈ Second, from explaining what is said and unsaid by 'kṛtra': What is established by the suffix 'kṛtra', 'bha bhya' etc., is explained by gathering and summarizing the topics. Explaining the entity and action etc. Explaining that it applies to the five agents. Explaining the agent. The first is: 'bha bhya ge ya' etc.
