總步和又乘二者，先得總數減去已過，先步已過為後步，減時以又乘少於步總，餘數一降至分，以下升上淨自輪，彼等輪番用在星曜上，雙水空位得同施，月亮頂點不同減，以此星宿可成就，日柱空海月眼與，生起時眼日變施，彼即半日也，二位合一為星位，捨棄六與四十五刻，不足加輪淨治之，加輪或不加，半輪起亦捨棄之，餘星位以空味變，入刻生火月，所得財取日步，時海月也後者倒，月與生起加味，淫事於明作方向，功德為樂生與，空為虛空自性也，取步前者變餘者，未取步者初者變，下至上自輪合，上者箭功月分，所得財彼亦乘餘，以空味變入水升，得升時變得者息，龍火變得為分，得財次第疊加又捨餘，先得總數減後得，減時如前淨自輪，彼等星日之差也，捨棄半輪施北行，不捨棄南行作減，以此星日可清淨，月星合和如前同，如是作成於曆算，一曜重疊二次時，刻多之日彼即缺，一曜缺而跳過時，刻少之日彼即餘，星曜位中何者現，明日天亮至此用，彼之刻分等，彼日天亮起算，至日盡間為用也，合日之月星者，至日盡間何者食，奪日 月星至天亮前，用者何者已得現，以此於空味減之，餘者自天亮起用，淨日合日之月星同，合和亦隨月之後，作事先後何者算。

With that date surplus obtained by the previous method of examination, the remainder reduced from above the void, has already passed in the previous day. The remainder and the current date surplus, mixed and divided by the eyes, the obtained wealth, is the enjoyment of the actor at that time. Previously, the previous date surplus, having been completed, is used at that time. Afterwards, that measure is completed and appears. It is too fine and becomes dust, too tight and the head rotates like an umbrella, the steps are too large and jump to the distance, those are different from this. Even if there are many calculation remnants found by the wisdom of a child, it is not a match for those who have attained the ten bhumis. To open the lock of that profound meaning, the incarnate body with lineage is like a key. Thus, from the 'Treatise on Calculation, the Vase of Near Needs', the practice of stellar calculation is easily compiled, called 'Collection of All Good Sayings', the chapter on the Five Aggregates, the second (chapter).

桑日 与胜者眼。日童时分能胜方。舍余各自的特殊日。特殊日皆以星宿乘。轮具所得是星宿。如是空味空味时。以欲与轮具分。乘得之数次第叠。猛三缓二寂二之。立足乃是寂缓与。猛足太阳居中者。彼亦日夜日柱拉。日夜常受杖为四。两有二十六欲雨龙。又雨时箭火山形。以宿乘之上日居中。为净缓者缓之中。二置一上生宫净。生宫地生星宿处。根与杖为虚空火。余者人主虚空火。俱舍双月十二巴桑若。缓行以过十八。星宿净。净不盈则加轮。轮半盈则彼舍弃。不舍次第舍非次。舍余星宿以空味乘。下之时辰置于上。以箭圆月得立足。火星彼即罪过轻。余者方山顶尖者。俱舍乐生根与火。巴桑箭海兔持者。土星手眼日与界。 彼等前足后倒置。于前足则闻已合。于后足则食需合。已得足者以先前余者乘。未得足者以第一足乘。以下次第合从月圆月。所得财物是又需余。两息欲与猛三上。自份自身寂二者。以窍空眼窍意乘。次第入分除得聚。前已合上后已减。减时份间中减。彼即缓行于一者。轮半舍加不舍减。以此各自缓行者。自此为净速行故。舍弃二者缓足之又分。以净缓行净立足。不盈加轮而净之。轮半盈则彼舍彼。不舍次第舍非次。余者星宿持速足。速足火星胜者与。火眼三番月眼二。过日猛火前足也。猛利财物空龙与。火箭皆是后足也。尤其人
