Therefore, it is essential to exert effort from the depths of one's heart. First, regarding white edema: Based on the symptoms of phlegm disorders mentioned above, add shortness of breath, pale complexion, and slightly swollen skin. This is a cold disease caused by indigestion, so internal medicine can include Iron Powder Five-Ingredient Pill, Blissful Equilibrium Pill, and Tibetan Snow Lotus purgative. Take the medicine at noon. If there is swelling and pain below the kidneys, use a combination of Tibetan Snow Lotus, nutmeg, and cardamom. For the Blissful All-Benefiting Pill, if the urine is slightly yellow, use Elephant Ganges Water Duct Pill, Tibetan Snow Lotus Joy Pill, Tsampa Seven Pill, Saffron Diuretic, etc. For evening medicine, use Nutmeg Sixteen, etc., which are excellent types of classic nutmeg purgatives.
