However, this itself is a good continuation of experience. Then, inside a wide-bottomed iron pot (Slang-yogs) without holes, first place Ze salt, then orpiment, and then cinnabar, stacking them in order. On top of these, wrap mercury in paper into four or five small packets, placing them so they don't roll around. Cover it from above with a large, unbroken white porcelain bowl. Seal the gap with ordinary clay mixture, or if not available, with a mud made of a mixture of horse dung, alkali salt, and black soil. Press it down with something heavy like lead or a stone slab and let it dry. Once completely dry, in a quiet place away from people, without the noise of travelers and dogs, place it in a stove and fire it. When firing, start with a small fire, then a large fire in the middle, and finally, when the bottom of the iron pot turns gray, it indicates the heat is right, gradually reduce the heat and let it cool. Once completely cooled, carefully peel off the clay and open the lid. If a red arsenic or cinnabar color appears on the lid of the white porcelain bowl, with rainbow-like halos on the edges, that is the best. Small amounts of reddish-yellow or black spots are also acceptable. Black is absolutely unacceptable. The middle should be green, and the bottom should be white. Then, "Chi-gab," which is about twenty-five Xining red round fruits steamed in tea, remove the pits, and then mash them in a stone mortar. Steam again, and with the resulting dough-like fruit paste, collect the red and green fumes that condense on the lid, roll them into pills the size of the smallest peas, and then wrap each one individually in red Chinese paper. It is said that using sheep's blood instead of fruit to make the pills is even more effective. After the pills are dry, put them in a fine container such as a porcelain box and seal it airtight. Mix the residue that condenses on the lid with sheep's blood to make a topical ointment. This ointment is also very effective for wounds on horses, donkeys, and other animals. If even a small amount of unburned mercury appears at the "mouth of the flower" (the opening of the medicine), that would be a big problem. If unburned mercury appears in the center of the white bottom, then cover it as before. It is said that it should be re-fired after it is completely dry. This ash medicine is the best for treating all kinds of cold diseases. Furthermore, for various types of hot diseases, the best type of "Khanda" medicine is: wash the roots and any other parts thoroughly, making sure they are not contaminated with soil and dirt. Crush them, boil them thoroughly in clean water to extract the juice. Filter it through a fine cloth into a clean earthenware pot to remove impurities, and then use alkali.

Stir constantly with a sieve to prevent sticking. When the wort becomes foamy, drop a drop on a cold stone. If it cools and can be rolled into a pill, it indicates the heat is right. Do not discard the adhesions on the edges. Pour all the rest into containers, etc., and filter. The practice of purgatives from the five cleansing actions: When applying to severe illnesses that do not require sudden purgation, abstain from food except for drinks two or three days before taking the purgative. On the day of administration, perform exorcism and travel protection. Apply white butter to the wind channel and the four bases, and sprinkle with tsampa. In the evening, administer a decoction of equal parts of nasal clearing arura long beak, licorice root, water mother, large salt, and pi ling. Drink a small amount of light tea at midnight. In the morning, take five, seven, or nine purgative pills the size of peas on an empty stomach, depending on the strength of the constitution. Examine with intelligence and gradually administer with boiling water. If vomiting occurs, apply a cold stone to the forehead or slap the face with cold water, etc., as usual. The fundamental treatment is a sharp and gentle purgative in the outer tantra. Regarding the traveler's purgative, roast the long-beaked arura over a fire until it is not burnt. Perform detoxification of juniper, sandalwood, and sri khan as mentioned above. Also, decoct haritaki in cow's milk, and licorice root, the trunk of the blue bu, the root of the khron bu, sandalwood, and the fruit of the dong ga, each crushed into small pieces, one srang each. Cook in four bre of cow's milk over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Do not strain the residue. Make the clear part into sugar. It is said that a little bitterness is acceptable, so it is better to use less licorice root, etc. Add a small amount of water mother, mercury cold compress, conch shell ash, and large salt regularly. Adjust the taste as appropriate according to the tantra. Here it is said that only the bark of juniper needs to be peeled, and only the tongue skin of sandalwood needs to be peeled, and no other detoxification is necessary, but it is best to follow the intention of the above-mentioned tantra. After the purgative takes effect, gradually administer boiling water. When the illness improves and it is time to stop, do not administer water, but give thin rice porridge to gradually stop. If the diarrhea is excessive and does not stop, administer the seventh datrik from the tantra. The unique water cleansing method, the seventh insect shell method: Soak twenty-one conch-like insect shells in alcohol.
