When it becomes like incense paste, add it to one dou of water and boil it, pour in four dou of milk, and mix the ghee, sugar, and three ingredients according to the above method. ༈. For an excellent medicinal wine that combines the three disorders of phlegm, bile, and wind: Tsampa wine: Grind one handful each of Ra-mye, Cha-ba, Ge-ze-ma, and plum fruits into powder separately. Mix the raw green barley flour with the above powder, add water, and knead it into a dough. Make many small pieces, soak them in warm water until submerged. Add a little yeast, and ferment it in a warm place for three days. When you smell the aroma of wine, it means the fermentation is complete. Take it out and add three dou of clarified ghee, add a handful of ground turmeric, and ten taels of brown sugar, and stir well. Mix it like yogurt and enjoy. ༈. Flower honey wine: Pick a large number of summer flowers, dry them in the shade, put them in a pottery jar, and soak them in warm water. Gradually extract the soaked juice. Add one dou of honey and a little yeast to the juice. Ferment it in a warm place for three days. When the sour taste is reduced and bubbles appear, take it out and drink it. ༈ Geze wine: Mix a small amount of Geze with green barley, cook it, and then ferment it as usual. Slightly crush one dou of Geze and soak it in the juice boiled with a lot of water.

Completely cover it with wet sand from above to prevent steam from escaping. After cooling, collect the smoke from the alchemical furnace, which is the color of pigeon droppings. Horns, conch shells, conches, and human skulls should be burned over charcoal until completely white. Do not leave even a sesame seed-sized piece of black or blue. It is said that conch shells and skulls do not need to be cauterized when used in pain-relieving medicines. Place pig bile, garlic, and other items in a pottery pot. Uncooked, even sesame seed-sized pieces are poisonous, so do not use them. When making black medicine, if the five ash medicines are burned at the same time, place dry medicines such as pig dung separately in the four directions and the center five places of a larger pot, cover them with five pottery bowls, and seal the gaps with salt mud. Then cover it with mud or river sand mud on top. Place the wet mixture on the stove and blow on the fire until the bottom turns red and gray, then let it cool. Carefully remove the clay and take out the cauterized ashes. For items that require energy cauterization, it can be done quickly. Cauterization medicine for sores: One srang of quicksilver.
