If the disease worsens, it is difficult to treat, so administer the twenty-five-ingredient great decoction. For general liver diseases, administer moonstone, bde-myug, twenty-five turquoise heart ingredients, thirteen and eighteen elephant ingredients, nine musk ingredients, thirteen saffron ingredients, seven precious ingredients, Man-bsil, and Smug-po g.yul-rgyal, etc. If dark purple symptoms are prominent and there is no cold condition, then twenty-five emblica ingredients are excellent.
