If it is ineffective, use other various anti-diarrheal medications. If it is difficult to stop, treat it like using the "Old Intestine Magical Wheel Latch." Afterwards, use "Golden Color Five," "Eleven," "Golden Silence Oral Transmission," "Lotus Eight Petals," "Essence Abiding," etc., to restore the fire. ༈ Inflammation: Nowadays, it is very common due to "དབང་," and various disease symptoms appear, so careful examination is required. It seems that other diseases also mostly have inflammation, so caution is needed. Initially, one feels uneasy, and sudden pain occurs. The pulse is short, rapid, and burning, sometimes contracting, and the pulse rate is uneven, varying in size. If the urine is dark and has a lot of foam, it indicates inflammation. For this condition, only the symptoms, treatments, and protections from the treasure teachings are effective, while the Four Tantras, etc., rarely mention them. Therefore, it is necessary to refer to books such as "Desi Sangye Gyatso's Compilation" and "Karma Nges Legs's Awang," which have detailed explanations. Like the meditation and recitation of "Undefiled" from the treasure teachings' "Fierce Wrathful" and "Nectar Vase," using deity mantras for protection, and using Gugé's "Sole Unification" and "Vajra Armor Long," etc., as medicine mantra wheels to protect oneself and others, are very important. If the condition is severe, once the sensory functions decline, treatment is impossible. It is also difficult to treat cases where the condition is severe but the pulse and urine appear healthy. For other cases, first administer any of the "Black Phurba Four Soup" or "Gungpa Tent Soup," and then formally administer "Black Hair Twenty-Nine." For calf cramps, vomiting, etc., taking "Black Malt Blue Pills" is effective. For well-timed short pains, first administer "Tangchen Eight." Administer cold soup of "Abyak Six" when appropriate. Internally, red "Martsi" needs to be administered, but there is not much time to wait for it to ripen, so it is best to administer a laxative of "Grass Mari."
