Homage to the one who protects all places and realms, Kunga Shyönnu (name), parents, and children, as well as the eight classes of deities and their armies. It is the place where the Buddhas attained enlightenment, northeast of Vajrasana, connected to the place of Devi Koti and a part of Tsari Tra. Named Rongtsen Khawa Karpo (snow mountain name), it appears as a majestic snow mountain, with trees, medicinal herbs, and flowers, like a heavenly pleasure garden, beautifying all directions. Rivers, springs, lakes, etc., possess the eight qualities of pure water, displaying offerings, birds, and various beautiful furred animals, playfully dancing and singing melodious songs. Clouds and rainbows cover the mist, with accomplished ones, vidyadharas, and sages, a supreme place relied upon by many. Inwardly, like the wheel of Chakrasamvara, a great mandala is naturally formed. The secret is the supreme union of bliss and emptiness, the pure place of the non-duality of E-Vam (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Thus). There, the main protector of the place is, the great glorious Samvara Heruka, the activity essence, the great field-protecting deity, Lhatsen Ngamchen Jiri (deity name), with a white body and radiant light, riding a white horse, wearing a white cloak, holding a white banner in the right hand, and holding a wish-fulfilling jewel in the left hand, wearing a precious skull ornament on the head, and wearing large Sagti boots on the feet, with three belts tied around the waist, very majestic. Just like the manifestation of the神通 of the Buddhas of the three times, the arrangement is extremely vast, the palace is located at the highest peak of the world, and the enthronement ceremony is conducted with the light of the wish-fulfilling banner.
