I myself am like a fleeting cloud in the sky. Thus, abide in emptiness and dedicate the merit. If one does not cling to this, even the five heinous crimes can be purified. Reciting it once can avert bad dreams and all inauspiciousness. If proclaimed in the ear of dying beings such as birds, wild animals, and insects, it is said to block the gates to the lower realms and has limitless benefits. This comes from the Nar Thang Hundred Texts and is the essential heart advice of the accomplished Suryavajra. Furthermore, the meditation and recitation of the Bhagavan All-Knowing, according to the tradition of the Bodhisattva Asanga: Take refuge and generate bodhicitta. From within emptiness, one's own mind, visualize as a moon mandala. Oṃ sarvavit karma āvaraṇa viśodhaya hana hūṃ phaṭ (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བིད་ཀརྨ་ཨཱ་ཝ་ར་་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཧ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ॐ सर्ववित् कर्म आवरण विशोधय हन हूँ फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarvavit karma āvaraṇa viśodhaya hana hūṃ phaṭ,English literal meaning: Om, all, karma, obscuration, purify, strike, hum, phat). The moon melts into light, becoming a white vajra. From the five prongs pointing upwards, light radiates, accomplishing the benefit and happiness of sentient beings, gathering back in, and in an instant, I become the Bhagavan All-Knowing, white in color. With four faces gazing peacefully, two hands in equipoise, holding a vajra, adorned with silks and precious jewels. A form that appears but is without inherent existence, seated in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat. Marked at the three places with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:ॐ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,English literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). Light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings to merge. The five buddha families bestow empowerment, purifying obscurations, becoming adorned with Vairochana as the crown. Praise with one verse such as the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. At the heart, on the moon, a Hūṃ syllable, surrounded by the root mantra, from which light radiates, thinking that the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, with the object of focus as primary, are purified, recite the root mantra as much as possible. Finally, abide in non-objectification and dedicate the merit. Especially praise the purification of obscurations in general and the purification of the deceased in particular. Furthermore, if you wish to elaborate on the meditation and recitation of the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. At the heart, from the letter A, on top of a moon, from the blue light of the syllable Oṃ, radiating and gathering, one's self becomes the Medicine Buddha. With the color of lapis lazuli, like the sky, the right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity holding an arura, the left hand in equipoise holding a lapis lazuli, alms bowl filled with nectar. Completely possessing the signs and marks, in the attire of a nirmanakaya, seated in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat. At the heart, on the moon, a blue Oṃ syllable, with its light inviting the wisdom beings to merge. Vajra Sama Jaḥ Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:वज्र सम जः जः हूँ बं होः,梵文罗马拟音:vajra sama jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ,English literal meaning: Vajra Sama Jah Jah Hum Bam Hoh). On the right, appearing like the moon.

White. (Bhaisajyaguru) On the left, red appears like the sun. (Bhaisajyaguru) Fully endowed with enjoyment and ornaments, hands clasped together. Abides in a standing posture on a lotus moon disc. One's own three places are marked with three syllables. At the heart, on top of the moon, around the syllable OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). The mantra garland rotates to the right with rays of light. Purifies all sins, diseases, and demonic obstacles. OM Namo Bhagavate Bhaishajyaguru Bhaiduryaprabharajaya Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha OM Bhaishajye Bhaishajye Mahabhaishajye Rajasamudgate Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ན་མོ་བྷ་ག་བ་ཏེ་བྷཻཥ་ཛྱེ་གུ་རུ་བཻ་ཌཱུརྻ་པྲ་བྷ་རཱ་ཛཱ་ཡ། ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ཡ། ཨརྷ་ཏེ་སམྱཀྶཾ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་རཱ་ཛ་ས་མུངྒ་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Devanagari: ओँ नमो भगवते भैषज्य गुरु वैडूर्यप्रभाराजाय तथागताय अर्हते सम्यक्संबुद्धाय तद्यथा ओँ भैषज्ये भैषज्ये महाभैषज्ये राजसमुद्गते स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ namo bhagavate bhaiṣajya guru vaiḍūryaprabharājāya tathāgatāya arhate samyaksaṃbuddhāya tadyathā oṃ bhaiṣajye bhaiṣajye mahābhaiṣajye rājasamudgate svāhā, Literal meaning: Om, I pay homage to the Bhagavan, the Guru, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, thus: Om, healing, healing, great healing, King Samudgate, Svaha!) Recite the long mantra once as a guide. Recite the short mantra OM Bhaishajye (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བྷཻ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་, Devanagari: ओँ भैषज्ये, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ bhaiṣajye, Literal meaning: Om, healing!) as much as possible, and at the end, From one's own body, the wisdom being. Invite forth and let it abide in the sky. The seven-branch offering is extensive, like the Bhadracarya Pranidhana. Prostrate, etc., and speak. Pray, Bhagavan Bhaisajyaguru Bhaiduryaprabharaja, please purify and cleanse now the diseases, demonic obstacles, sins, and habitual tendencies of myself and all other sentient beings. Pray like this. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Vajra Muh (Tibetan: བཛྲ་མུཿ, Devanagari: वज्र मुः, Romanized Sanskrit: vajra muḥ, Literal meaning: Vajra Muh) The wisdom being departs. This purification of karmic obscurations is extremely profound, and merely holding its name cuts off the gates of the lower realms, etc., its benefits are limitless. Furthermore, if one only recites the prayer verbally and does not practice visualization and recitation properly, then the benefits are small. The close lineage disciple of the great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo, whose activities pervade the sky, said: Take refuge and generate bodhicitta. For myself and all sentient beings pervading the sky. On the crown of the head, above a white lotus moon disc. From HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) appears the noble Avalokiteshvara. White and clear, radiating five-colored light. Smiling, gazing with eyes of compassion. The first of the four hands are clasped together. The lower two hold a crystal rosary and a white lotus. Adorned with silk and precious jewels. Wearing an upper garment of deerskin. Possessing a crown ornament of Amitabha. Both feet are seated in the vajra posture. With a spotless moon as a backrest. Has become the essence of the assembly of all refuges. I and all sentient beings pray with one voice. The essence is stainless, the body color is white. The complete Buddha adorns the head. Gazing at beings with eyes of compassion. I prostrate to Avalokiteshvara. Recite this three times, seven times, etc., as much as possible. Having prayed in this way with one-pointedness.
