Therefore, visualize all Buddhas of the three times and all sentient beings of the three realms as Yidams, descending into the sky to partake of the Torma. Oṃ ā kā ro mu khaṃ sarva dharmā ādya nutpanna trāṭ oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svā hā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷ་རྨཱ་ཱཾ་ཨཱ་དྱ་ནུཏྤ་ནྣ་ཏྲཱཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ ā kā ro mu khaṃ sarva dharmā ādya nutpanna trāṭ oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svā hā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, from the mouth of all dharmas being unproduced from the very beginning, Ah, Hum, Phat, Svaha.) Guru Deva Ḍākiṇī Sarva Dharma Pāla Idaṃ Bali ta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi. (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་དེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་པཱ་ལ་ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལི༚་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: guru deva ḍākiṇī sarva dharma pāla idaṃ bali ta kha kha khāhi khāhi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Guru, Deva, Dakini, all Dharma Protectors, this Torma, eat, eat, eat.) Thus dedicate. May the Victorious Ones be pleased by the offering! May the oath-bound ones fulfill their vows! May the desires of the six realms be satisfied! May karmic debts and loans be repaid! To all guests of appearance and existence, by dedicating this immeasurable Torma, may they possess enjoyment and complete the accumulations, and may all quickly attain Buddhahood! After saying this, discard the Torma in a clean place. If even that is difficult to accomplish, then the spontaneously arisen Torma is: When reciting, the words should be fluent and the meaning clear. In the outer vessel of the world, in the Torma dish, place the Torma of the four substances arising from disease, offer it to the peaceful and wrathful assembly of Buddhas, and pray for blessings to accomplish all activities. In the Torma dish of the great powerful body's skin, place the Torma of inner flesh, blood, and bones, offer it to the ocean of Dharma Protectors, and pray for blessings to have a life equal to the sun and moon. In the Torma dish of the mind's various appearances, place the Torma of inner awareness and clarity, offer it to the Dharmakaya that pervades space, and pray for blessings to transform the continuum into the five wisdoms. Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi. (Tibetan: ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanized: kha kha khāhi khāhi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Eat, eat, eat.) Pure realms of the three realms, guests of great compassion of the three existences, food that pervades all without exception, by the power of realizing the nature of reality, dedicate as an inexhaustible treasure. Offer by saying this. These were spoken by Dharma King Songtsen Gampo (reigned c. 617-650) and Latö Drubthob Rolpai Dorje, the Fifth Shamarpa. Furthermore, if practitioners of Dzogchen wish to offer the elaborate arrangements of a Torma gathering, then do as it is said in the Kunzang Döndrin and Lama Gongdü: From the palace of the manifestation of the Dharmakaya, invite the lineage lamas to come. From the palace of body and wisdom, invite the Yidam mandala to come. From the pure, magical palace, invite the mothers and dakinis to come. May the three, Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, bless me! If the meaning of the unmade nature of reality is not understood, then no matter how one practices, it will only turn into suffering. To the view of Samantabhadra, I confess! Please accept the offering of the Torma of the nature of the aggregates! The nature of mind is primordially pure.
