As it is widely known that the symbols of skillful means and wisdom, which are possessed by those who are seized by time and place, subdued by Heruka, and blessed into the supreme state, are known as the marks of a special great sacred place. Here, there are also naturally occurring lingams and signs of reproductive organs, special lines of cinnabar above and rouge below, and immovable wooden nails in all four directions. The tantra says, "The goddess who dwells in that land resides relying on a house of rock." There is also a naturally formed stone castle, shaped like a heart, with a secret cave, which relies on the co-emergent guardian deity of Tibet, which is a sign of being established as the sacred place of Devīkoṭī. The Bhata tree, which grows in places like Tsari Tra and Khar Chu Rong Tsen, and whose color and shape are very similar, grows in the center of the sacred place, which is clearly a sign of Tsari Tra. The signs of the body, speech, and mind's blessings, such as the imprints of hands and feet, appear to the senses, which is an obvious प्रमाण (藏文，梵文天城体，pramāṇa， प्रमाण, measure). Fourth, explaining the characteristics of the sacred place, there are three: how it appears in the common perception of ordinary beings, how it exists in the minds of uncommon yogis, and how it appears in the vision of the most uncommon great noble ones. The first is: In the common perception of श्रेष्ठ (藏文，梵文天城体，śreṣṭha， श्रेष्ठ, excellent) and inferior всех (藏文，梵文天城体，sarva， всех, all) people, as described in the scriptures of India and China, all the excellent land features that are difficult to find are complete, all the land is smooth, without abyss and cliffs, and with few stones and thorns. It is far from the harm of non-humans and fierce beasts, and especially snakes and other unruly creatures do not even live in the nearby areas. The high and low are close, without the harm of excessive heat and cold. Summer and winter are always clear and the mind is cheerful. The extremely beautiful white, red, and blue mountain ranges are continuous, and the forests and meadows of various beautiful trees are pleasing to the eye. Many kinds of medicines with particularly excellent taste and potency grow. The top of the mountain has not collapsed, and the bottom of the mountain has not broken. Clear and cool flowing water makes beautiful sounds, flowing from the left and right and converging in front. Many people with commonalities gather, and the prosperity of the four classes is fully possessed. As it is said: Houses and land, the goodness of land; house wood, the goodness of wood; house stones, the goodness of millstones; drinking water canals, the goodness of water; nearby pastures, distant pastures, the goodness of grass. Thus, all the ten goodnesses of the region mentioned are directly obtained, and from the outside, they are completely gathered with the glory of many praiseworthy qualities. Secondly, for those who love inner yogis, it is a place to enjoy. Forests not occupied by others, and the bird nests of rocky mountains, are suitable as places for meditation and practice, so they are spread in all directions, possessing the qualities mentioned in the Sutra and Vinaya. Far from villages, especially superior and secluded, pleasing, in accordance with the meaning mentioned in the Abhidharma. The east is low, the south is high; the west is inclined, the north is towering. The river flows from the direction of Wang, and in front, an island of flowers is formed. Heroes and dakinis gather, and accomplished predecessors bless with their footprints, that is, all the characteristics of the practice places mentioned in the new and old tantras are fully possessed. It is a place for generating calm abiding, a dense forest. It is a place for generating insight, with high terrain and clear awareness. It is a place for the manifestation of realization, the practice place of previous vidyadharas. The back mountain is like a great practitioner, and the flat ground is like a lotus posture. It is a place for practicing bliss-emptiness tummo, a deep mountain valley. It is a place for performing the practice of offering downwards, a terrifying charnel ground, etc. In short, it is able to arrange all the outer and inner interdependent relationships, and inwardly, it is naturally accomplished like a rock treasure of precious qualities. Thirdly, in the eyes of the great accomplished saints, the stones and rocks of this supreme place, even small trees and pebbles, all rely on the palace as the basis, the root and lineage gurus, the yidam mandala, the heroes and dakinis, the Dharma protectors and guardian deities, etc., as symbols of their actual presence, with infinite self-arisen images of body, speech, and mind pervading all directions. The flowing water of the rivers also always emits the self-sounding sound of mantras. In the bird nests of the rocky mountains, many accomplished vidyadharas dwell in meditation.
