It is reasonable through rational reasoning, and proven by scripture: Starting from the primordial Buddha, according to the size of the sacred sites, the large ones extend from the four continents, etc., to the end of the wind mandala. The medium ones are said to exist in various places of the small Jambudvipa. The small ones are mentioned in the Vimalaprabha: "Here, for the purpose of wandering in the land by ordinary children, Jalandhara and others are spoken of as sacred sites, etc." It itself is not all-pervasive, as the thirty-six lineages of yoginis reside even in one city. Since here, the supreme primordial Buddha is all-pervasive, there are sacred sites, etc., even in places like Tibet and China, etc. As it is said. In the Vinaya Sutra, it says, "Monks, in the midst of the northern snowy mountains, even inanimate objects like earth and stones benefit sentient beings." Radling and Rainbow Treasure's texts agree: "Starting from Samye Chimphu, the entire land of Tibet was trodden and blessed by feet. From Mount Kailash downwards, Kham, Tsangkha, Gna, Jang, Hu, Minyak, Hor, Li Yul, Gugé, Kongyul, Chim, Nyangkha, Long Drak, Mon Takgo, Bumthang, Paro, and all others were blessed as places of practice, and beings were placed in maturation and liberation. In those supreme five places of practice, etc., in the future, those who see, hear, remember, and touch will all attain accomplishment and gain siddhis." As stated in the King's Testament, it clearly explains the distinctions of the sacred sites of Tibet. As the one ornament of Jambudvipa, the All-Knowing Rangjung Dorje's Tsari Travelogue says: "Down to Rongtsen Khawa Karpo, up to the great accomplished sacred site of Nepal, and down to the end of the southern Kamarupa, there are thousands of minor sacred sites, including sacred sites and nearby sacred sites." Since the number of Tsari alone is so great, it can be inferred that there are many other sacred sites as well. All these supreme sacred sites are indeed very reliable. In particular, when the Protector of the Three Realms turned the wheel of Dharma, the great benefactor, the lord of this place, himself appeared before the Buddha.
