Among the four types of circumambulation—inner, secret, summit, and surrounding—the outer circumambulation of the Ocean of Dakinis comes first: This sacred site, in its outer appearance, is arranged in the manner of the mandala of Chakrasamvara, the Ocean of Dakinis, circumambulating from the inner edge of the vajra fence. First, with bodhicitta, descend from the White Conch Water Bend to the Auspicious Mandala Plain. While reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra, bathe in the water below the Hero, and offer the outer, inner, and secret mandalas. At the Dharma Throne Rock Nose, offer incense and golden libation to the southern gate guardian. While reciting the six-syllable mantra, bathe in the water flowing from the Great Rock. Go to the upstream waterway. In the Dakini's Dance Plain, perform a tsok khorlo (feast gathering) associated with song and dance. Cut off the Amana Demon Cave upwards, and from behind the naturally formed Tsari, chase the stream of water upstream. At the Tara Inner Dakini Gathering Place, ordinary people offer food and drink, while yogis perform outer, inner, and secret tsok khorlos, mainly involving the offering of their bodies. From the naturally formed bathing water, recite the dharanis of the Three Longevity Deities, and perform bathing and drinking, etc. Moreover, it is not permissible for bodily impurities to enter the water, so it is best to take water from the side. At the Kala White Conch Lake, offer as much pure and immaculate lake magic as possible. At Tara, first perform the auspicious mandala and prayers for increasing life and merit. At the Blissful and Prosperous Plain, perform the auspicious white food that brings bliss. Perform joyful songs and dances, and pray for the happiness of the country. On the Liberation Path Hill, pray that all sentient beings may enter the path of liberation and never regress. At the Purification Place, first offer incense and golden libation to the western gate guardian. Arrange the auspicious circumstances for mastering wind and mind. At the Prostration Hill, clearly visualize the mandala of the sacred site, including the support and the supported, and prostrate as much as possible. At the Dharma Increase Place, first pray that the mind streams of all sentient beings may turn towards the Dharma. Offer incense and golden libation to the great protector Vajra Flame. Shout "Lha Gyal Lo!" (May the gods be victorious!). From the Lhamjalsgang (God Viewing Hill), behold the sight of the self-arisen great glorious one, perform mandala offerings, tsok offerings, continuous recitations of the eight-branch prayer, and make extraordinary aspirations. Starting from these places, do not make loud noises or shouts until reaching the summit. Do not spit, urinate, or defecate; maintain single-pointed devotion and focus your mind as you walk. Previously, Through the influence of bird-ghosts and child-ghosts, one may occasionally hear the sounds of jackdaws and crows. Cross Xingkyong (place name). In front of the self-arisen Crow-faced one, offer tsok offerings and entrust activities. In front of the place where the dakini tsok offering is present, offer the outer, inner, and secret eight-branch mandala and tsok offering. Pray to attain supreme accomplishments. At the eastern grove, offer sang (incense offering) and golden drink to the gatekeepers. Cross nine passes and nine valleys. Offer worship to the self-arisen Six-Armed one and request the fulfillment of wishes. Descend to Crow Valley or Xingkyong Valley. Recite the mantra of Rulu (藏文: རུ་ལུ།,梵文天城体: ，梵文罗马拟音: rulu, 汉语字面意思: ) and bathe in the nectar-like water. Pass through the narrow path that distinguishes good from evil and proceed to Taktsang Valley (Tiger's Nest Valley). From here, the dakini transforms into the form of a tigress, devouring evil people. By roaring and displaying terrifying forms to other pilgrims, the fear purifies karmic obscurations. On the right side of this place, there is a cave where one throws a stone to divine good or bad fortune. Liberate from the narrow path of cutting through delusion, and perceive the self-arisen six-syllable mantra, understanding that you are directly seeing Avalokiteśvara. Arrive at Domtsang Valley (Bear Cave Valley). The secret of this place The protector cave is not accessible to ordinary people; if you are a yogi of the Six-Armed Wisdom Protector, proceed with caution, make offerings and praises, and your wishes will be fulfilled. These valleys are actual branches of Tsari pilgrimage site. Cross the narrow path of judging good and bad, and behold the form of the dakini Dewa Wangchuk (Blissful Powerful One).
