我观视彼具银液之拳，彼等善业见此羞愧面，如月般之莲花亦将合。此乃中间之偈颂也。第四、为何建造之意义与必要者，如《普贤行愿王》中所说：虚空边际究竟有几许，众生无余边际亦如是，业及烦恼究竟有几许，我之愿力边际亦如是。如是所说。为令虚空边际之众生海，于暂时获得利益，于究竟获得圆满正等觉之无上安乐，以及于名为瞻部树之大地总的，特别是于此雪域，能仁日亲之显密二者教法，成为包括众生与天神之皈依处、怙主、唯一助伴，而兴盛、广大且长久住世，如是为令珍贵之胜法兴盛广大，而嫉妒者，彼等持邪教之外道，以及同样之异教徒、魔与魔之眷属等所有之威力与能力衰退，为令彼胜法之执持者一切圣士莲足稳固，且以讲辩著等行持佛法之事而长久存活，以及以彼等之威力，令一切世间界中，疫病与饥荒与战争与冰雹等名称亦不闻，令白方之大力天龙等，于时时降下甘霖，而受用丰收等圆满之吉祥，乃至长寿无病等，以世间之安乐而显现生活，且因值遇具量之善知识，而走向善妙之方面，并获得三乘之究竟果位，以及特别是于人主之王国大宫殿松赞南嘉宗自身新建之内，于赡部洲此大地中，为令极稀有之三宝堆，乃至胜法存在之间，次第建立且充满王族
English
I behold those fists with silver liquid, may those virtuous deeds see this face of shame, and may the lotus, like the moon, close. This is an intermediate verse. Fourth, the meaning and purpose of why it was built: As it is said in the King of Aspiration Prayers of the Excellent Conduct: 'However far the limit of the sky extends, so too does the limit of all sentient beings. However far karma and afflictions extend, so too does the limit of my aspiration.' Thus, for the sake of benefiting the ocean of sentient beings that reaches the limit of the sky temporarily, and ultimately attaining the unsurpassed bliss of perfect enlightenment, and for the general field named Jambuvriksha, and in particular, for the teachings of the Sugata, the kinsman of the sun, both Sutra and Tantra, in this land of snow, to become the refuge, protector, and sole companion of beings and gods, to flourish, expand, and remain for a long time, and thus, for the precious royal doctrine to flourish and expand, and for those who are jealous, those who hold false religions, and likewise, heretics, demons, and all those who have become the retinue of demons, to have their power and ability diminished, and for all the holy beings who uphold that royal doctrine to have their lotus feet firm, and to live and dwell for a long time by engaging in activities such as teaching, debating, and writing, and through their power, in all realms of the world, may the names of epidemics, famine, war, and hail not even be heard, and may the powerful white-sided gods and nagas rain down rain at all times, and may they enjoy the splendor of abundance, such as abundant harvests, and may they live manifestly with the happiness of the world, such as long life and freedom from illness, and by meeting qualified spiritual friends, may they go towards the side of goodness and attain the ultimate fruit of the three vehicles, and especially within the newly built great palace of the human lord's kingdom, Sumtsen Namgyal Dzong itself, in this land of Jambudvipa, may the extremely rare piles of the three jewels be gradually built and filled by the royal family, as long as the precious royal doctrine exists.

如同大娑罗树般世代相传的缘起之初，他们以恭敬虔诚之心肩负着维护所有宗派的佛法，因此，为了使这片土地被称为“佛法聚集的中心”之名，能像时间之轮和车轮的转动一样，在世间不衰败之前，名声远扬；特别是为了人王（王后）及其父母、兄弟姐妹等眷属长寿安康，福德圆满，以及逝者往生极乐，获得殊胜的解脱之身和珍贵的佛法受用，最终获得圆满正觉的果位；以及为了多康（多麦和康区）的统治者、人中之神后裔的王子们，以及未来无数的王室血脉，在弘扬佛法和治理政权上福德圆满，成为护持所有宗派珍贵佛法的助缘，心愿圆满，远离疾病，长寿安康，等等，为了使护法之名如无云晴空的阳光般照耀，永不衰落，并因此而更加殊胜；也为了人王（王后）从这里到菩提迦耶之间的生命轮回中，对三宝上师恭敬侍奉，获得殊胜的身体，并被殊胜的善知识摄受，从而获得殊胜的大乘佛法受用，最终圆满成就普贤行愿，为了获得这些殊胜的果报；最终获得具足四身五智的圆满佛果，成为 普贤王如来等与世间无与伦比的百千万化身，为了成就其事业、净土、寿命和成熟众生的解脱，以坚定不移的增上意乐而发起，

Like a great Sala tree, the beginning of interdependent origination that comes down through generations, they bear on their shoulders the responsibility of upholding the Buddha's teachings of all schools with reverence and devotion. Therefore, in order to make the name of this place as the "center of Dharma gatherings" famous, like the wheel of time and the turning of a chariot wheel, before the world declines, especially for the long life and well-being of the Queen and her parents, siblings, and other relatives, for the fulfillment of their Dharma-abiding dominion, and for the deceased to be reborn in bliss, to obtain a special body of liberation and precious Dharma enjoyment, and ultimately to attain the precious state of perfect enlightenment; and for the rulers of Do Kham (Do-may and Kham), the princes of the divine lineage of humans, and for the countless future royal lineages, to have abundant merit and prosperity in propagating the Dharma and governing the kingdom, to become a condition for supporting the precious Buddha's teachings of all schools, to fulfill their wishes, to be free from illness, to live long and healthy lives, and so on, in order to make the white fame of the Dharma protectors shine like the sun's rays in a cloudless sky, never to fade, and thus to be even more excellent; also, for the Queen herself, from here to Bodh Gaya, in the cycle of existence, to respectfully serve the Three Jewels and the Lama, to obtain a special body, and to be embraced by the excellent virtuous friends, thereby obtaining the special enjoyment of the Great Vehicle Dharma, and ultimately to perfectly accomplish the practices of Samantabhadra, in order to obtain these excellent results; ultimately, to attain the perfect Buddha-hood possessing the four bodies and five wisdoms, to become like Samantabhadra and hundreds of millions of other incomparable manifestations in the world, in order to accomplish their activities, pure lands, life spans, and the liberation of maturing beings, aroused from all sides by unwavering supreme intention,
