愿藏地，所有恶时期的衰败都平息，恒常享受安乐，祈愿怙主一切众生能加持。此乃因善缘所致，名为噶玛·阿旺·云丹嘉措者，前往藏地卫藏讲法之时，抵达吉祥普贤王如来的森林，拜见了草棚的珍贵佛像，内外秘密的积聚资粮也如愿成就，善行也得以圆满修持，亲眼目睹了无边神奇的奇迹，以极大的信心和喜悦，自然流露而出的言语。 祈祷！皈依处，一切胜者的真实顶严，至尊莲花日光，一心忆念。愿您时时处处以慈悲垂视，使相续的证悟与解脱同时发生。祈愿如您一般的尊者能加持我。 高高仰望这片蓝天，忆起了诸位噶举上师的见解。譬如周遍一切，无有根本的执着，没有偏袒。意义是远离戏论，这真是太神奇了。 低头俯视这片大海，忆起了诸位噶举上师的禅修。譬如没有浑浊，深不可测，没有动摇。意义是念头的波浪自然解脱，这真是太神奇了。 抬头仰望这座山，忆起了诸位噶举上师的修行方式。譬如无论如何也不动摇，保持着自己的本位。意义是能够忍耐生死的痛苦，这真是太神奇了。 抬头仰望这座雪山，忆起了诸位噶举上师的行持。譬如洁白无瑕，没有时间的差别。意义是三律仪增上，这真是太神奇了。 低头俯视这片森林，忆起了诸位噶举上师的功德。譬如茂盛繁密，滋味甘美，果实成熟。意义是与佛经相符，这真是太神奇了。 抬头仰望这阵风，忆起了诸位噶举上师的行为。譬如没有执着地周游一切。意义是远离取舍，这真是太神奇了。 低头俯视这条河流，忆起了诸位噶举上师的事业。譬如持续不断地利益一切。意义是没有分别，这真是太神奇了。 最后，回头审视自己这位瑜伽士，外表是末法时代的庸俗僧人，内心是毫无把握的空虚所得，中间是烦恼滋长，充满迷惑的空壳，因缘的关键是……

For example, it is white and flawless, without the distinction of time. The meaning is that the three vows increase, which is truly wonderful. Looking down at this forest, I remember the qualities of the Kagyu masters. For example, it is lush and dense, delicious, and the fruits ripen. The meaning is that it is in accordance with the scriptures, which is truly wonderful. Looking up at this wind, I remember the actions of the Kagyu masters. For example, it travels everywhere without attachment. The meaning is that it is free from acceptance and rejection, which is truly wonderful. How icy cold! A clever tongue that enjoys belittling others, While being thick-faced, wanting to flaunt oneself, A vulgar person, lacking the measure of things. Lama, I am weary from the depths of my heart! Compassionate One, my attachment is turning away from the depths! Without wasting this life in such a state, In a secluded rock cave, I will sing doha songs, May life and practice be together, and attain accomplishment, Trampling the enemies of the four maras underfoot, May I be liberated from the fearful straits of the eight worldly concerns, May all beings, whether seeing, hearing, remembering, or touching, be liberated. Having attained both supreme and common siddhis, May I be a victor who triumphs in all directions. In general, may the Kagyu lamas bestow their blessings, In particular, may the representative of Padmasambhava hold me with compassion. I have laid bare my heart; you know it yourself. May my aspirations be fulfilled according to the Dharma! At the foot of the divine mountain, In the vicinity of the practice lake, Padma Ling. At this great sacred site blessed by the glorious King of Dharma, Orgyen, and the masters of accomplishment of the Kagyu lineage, Karma Ngagwang Yonten Gyatso spontaneously spoke these words. May it be virtuous! Furthermore, May the innate suchness be revealed, this is called "The Spontaneous Dohas: A Rosary of Vajra Paths." A lament invoking the compassion of the two kind lords, the deathless accomplished ones, called "A Melodious Spring Song." Aho! In the vast expanse of the blue sky, the sun and moon illuminate, As the essence of tangible senses, a pair of bright and lovely eyes, The unequaled teachings of Shakyamuni, are represented by two. Now, please also consider the faithful and devoted disciples! The embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, Padmasambhava, The immaculate spiritual friend who dwells in the great transference rainbow body, The two teachers of luminous Vajra Essence, I remember you! From the depths of my heart and bones, I pray, The master of Orgyen, all-knowing of the knowable of the three times, The crown ornament of five hundred panditas, Vimalamitra, The two great panditas who make the teachings like daylight, I remember you! I pray from the depths of my heart, please look upon us with wisdom and compassion! The Lotus-born Vajra, free from birth, death, aging, and decay, The vast expanse of the tangible dissolving into light, The two great accomplished ones who have attained deathless vidyadhara, I remember you! With unfeigned and intense longing, I implore your compassion! The deity body of union, great bliss, Where the four appearances are exhausted.
