Combine with this. When mixed with the Dharma of the Tantras, one arrives at the state of happiness. If one is happy and at ease, then the purpose of Dharma is accomplished. Even saying just these words is meaningful, may it benefit those who are fortunate in the future. This was spoken by the lineage master of Jampel Dorje (འཇམ་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་), the precious Abbot, Apak Norbu Dün (འཕགས་ནོར་བདུན་) who possesses the seven noble riches, to fulfill the wishes of that practitioner who is rich in Tantras, by the assembly of limitless wisdom, in the shade of the Pangjong (སྤང་ལྗོངས་) garden, with the mind of certainty. Homage to the incomparable Vajradhara. Homage to the feet of the glorious Padma Nyingje This life's appearances are like an unreal dream. There is no certainty when impermanence will come. When it occurs, there is absolutely no way to reverse it. At that time, the only thing that is certain to be beneficial is the supreme Holy Dharma. The root of all Dharmas is one's own mind. If the mind is tamed, then all Dharma doors are included. Many people exhaust their lives practicing Dharma, but if the mind is not tamed, the fruit of liberation is not attained. Regarding the methods for taming the mind, although countless methods are taught in all the Sutras and Tantras, in summary, it is the method of training in the two Bodhicittas, relative and ultimate. To truly integrate this into one's being, it is difficult for ordinary people to accomplish, except for practitioners who have renounced this life. However, when one has autonomy, if faith and diligence are not diminished, transforming all actions into the path to enlightenment is a special characteristic of the Mahayana and Secret Mantra. Therefore, practice in this way. Knowing that all sentient beings are defeated, generate love from the depths of your heart and bones, cultivate the mind of great love and compassion, and for the sake of all of them attaining Buddhahood, use body, speech, and mind for virtuous deeds, based on a genuine, unfeigned intention, regard the outer world and its contents, as well as oneself and others, enemies and friends, all as like illusions and dreams, and constantly train in the understanding of non-reality. When looking inward at one's own mind, it is seen that form is not established as a real entity, its nature is emptiness. It is not nothing, but clear and knowing. This empty clarity is the natural state of reality. Do not fabricate or alter it, leave it in its natural state. Constantly maintain it with unforgetting mindfulness. If it is too tight, it will cause proliferation of thoughts; if it is too loose, one will unknowingly be distracted by external objects. Therefore, with a moderate balance of tightness and looseness, practice for short periods of time with many repetitions. This is a precious instruction for beginners. What is called mind is the current conceptual thought, which is various.

This itself is the one that radiates. Without examining the place where the radiance is emitted, but looking at the self-nature of the one who radiates and the one who abides, by turning the face inward to look, the clarity-emptiness awareness, which cannot be expressed but can be experienced, vividly arises. This is called the nature of mind. If one becomes accustomed to it for a long time, experience and realization will arise. In general, when practicing from the heart, one should shorten unnecessary thoughts, maintain unwavering devotion to the lama, and repeatedly remind oneself with mindfulness. These are indispensable instructions. From the heart, remember these points, so that Dharma-like thoughts reach perfection, and grasp the path to enlightenment. I pray from the depths of my heart. This is Nathala, where Dharma-rich branches grow on the tree of leisure and endowment. Gusa said this, may it be auspicious! Namo Gurubye. First, shorten the thought of not knowing when one will die. Second, contemplate the infallibility of karmic results. Always maintain unwavering devotion to the lama. The ordinary consciousness of the present moment, in an instant, recognize self-nature, without making any modifications, negations, or affirmations, without making any adjustments or changes of hope or fear, and constantly maintain it with uninterrupted mindfulness. The nature of one's own mind is the empty Dharmakaya, luminosity is the Sambhogakaya, and awareness is the Nirmanakaya. If one can recognize one's own nature without differentiation and maintain it, one does not need to strive, and one can find the Buddha from within one's own mind. Appearance and existence are the inherent awakening of the Dharmakaya. Since no one has ever been deluded from the beginning, everything is self-liberated, which is the meaning of being enlightened from the beginning. When awareness awakens in the heart center, on the primordial ground, may perfect enlightenment, auspiciousness, and glory blaze! This was also said by Gedun Ngor Gusa, a retreatant of Banchen Monastery, may it be auspicious! Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all the victorious ones, please bless me to liberate myself and others. The root of all Dharma is in one's own mind. Therefore, constantly guard your own mind. Building a castle cannot be without a foundation. Practicing Dharma cannot be without preliminaries. If the foundation is good, the house and castle will be stable. If the preliminaries are practiced completely, experience and realization will arise. Therefore, constantly impress the concept of impermanence upon your heart, generate renunciation from the three realms of samsara, and strive to take refuge in the Three Jewels. Generate the supreme mind of enlightenment for the benefit of others. Purify obscurations and transgressions through the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Accumulate vast accumulations through offering the mandala. In particular, strive to practice Guru Yoga. Lama
