Talking on and on, the place of recitation and repetition is inconsistent. With no fruit in mind, thinking over and over, the generation and completion stages dissolve into the invisible realm of reality. Whatever work is done, this is done, that is not done, whatever result is achieved, this comes out, that does not come out. In general, in the present age, like me, monks wearing yellow robes, practitioners holding rosaries, yogis whose minds are not at peace, and lamas who collect offerings. By the grace of the Three Jewels, the stomach is full, but the inner illness is serious. The clothes are more beautiful than before, but the heart feels ashamed. No matter what you want, wealth is available, but attachment increases. No matter how happy this life is, the next life is painful. The Dharma that benefits both temporarily and in the long run, there are those who explain the meaning, but there are no listeners. There are those who listen, but there are none who understand. Even if they understand, few put it into practice. Even if they put it into practice, few persevere to the end. Even if they know how to explain, few practice it themselves. No matter what they do, they are people with weak karma. No matter where you look, it is a sign of the degenerate age. Now in such an age, if the thoughts and actions that are in accordance with the Dharma can be completed consistently, then that is the son who can inherit the father's business, the one who will not regress and can fulfill his wishes! The behavior of oneself and others in the degenerate age is disgusting and nauseating, emitting a foul odor, yet appearing novel and interesting, like a fleeting mist. Seeing these, on the quiet hillside, boundless wisdom spontaneously arises, and these heartfelt words are spoken. I prostrate to the lotus feet of the father, the venerable guru. Please bless my mind to turn to the Dharma. Those who wish to attain happiness in the next life, do not cling to the permanence of this life. High in the sky, white clouds drift, seeming to stay forever, but suddenly they are scattered by the cold wind. Seeing the empty blue sky, one feels sadness. Small puddles, lakes as calm as sleep, seem to stay forever, but suddenly they are dried up by the heat of drought. Seeing the dried-up swamp, one feels sadness. In the valley, trees are lush and leafy, seeming to flourish forever, but when the autumn frost falls, they wither and fall to the ground. Seeing the bare tree trunks, one feels sadness. On the flat grassland, flowers bloom, as beautiful as embroidery, seeming to be happy forever, but when the autumn frost falls, they wither overnight. Seeing the bare grassland

The Causes of Weariness with Life: Summer flower garlands are beautiful to behold, seeming perpetually lovely, yet they vanish in an instant due to frost and hail. Seeing a decayed handle is a cause of weariness with life. Young men and women, radiant with beauty, seem perpetually cherished, yet aging brings ugliness as youth fades. The end of life is a cause of weariness with life. A person who has reached the prime of youth seems to remain forever, yet is suddenly struck by the disease of death. Seeing an empty bed is a cause of weariness with life. Although one wishes to live long, there is no fixed time for death's impermanence. If one does not immediately strive in Dharma practice, life passes by with only the thought, "This should be done." Remaining in old age is merely prolonging the end. Life is uncertain, death comes suddenly. All the plans and preparations one makes, only a few come to fruition. Most unfinished tasks are left behind. Thanks to the kindness of being born in Tibet, everyone says that Dharma will benefit in the next life, even the cattle herders. But putting it into practice is difficult even for practitioners. Many say they practice Dharma, but truly practicing from the heart is like a star in the daytime. The earth is filled with Dharma practitioners in appearance only. Those who have truly attained realization in the Dharma lineage are exceedingly rare. The form of a renunciate wearing yellow robes, but a dark person whose mind is disturbed by afflictions. Practicing only to fill one's belly is a useless endeavor, a truly wicked thought. See everything as a reminder of death, hear everything as the nature of impermanence. The time has come to make a firm decision that this will surely happen to oneself before long. Not only that, but there is the fault of delaying for a while. White hair on the head is the messenger of the gods, wrinkles on the face are the mocking laughter of Yama (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:གཤིན་རྗེ། ,यम,Yama,阎摩,死神), and the decline of the senses is the message of death. When these come together at once, the heart becomes weary. Remembering the impermanence of death, the mind and heart tremble. Not to mention years and months, there is no certainty of remaining even until tomorrow. At such a time, even thinking of Dharma becomes exhausting. If you want to practice Dharma, do it while you have the freedom. Those who have met the Victorious One's teachings with the eight freedoms and ten endowments, like a poor person finding treasure in a dream. At this time of obtaining such a great and rare opportunity, make a firm decision with strong renunciation. Do not procrastinate, go to the Dharma. With the mind of enlightenment
