It is very important! In this way, according to their own circumstances, I will briefly talk about some teachings. This is also at the urging of Tsultrim Gyatso, who is rich in the qualities of scripture and realization. Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso wrote it at Palpung Monastery, may it become a cause for harmony with the tantras of others. Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit, Sarva Mangalam, all auspiciousness). Homage! I take refuge in Vajradhara, the embodiment of the Three Jewels, the Lord of the Lotus Sun. May all those whose minds are inclined towards the Dharma be blessed so that whatever they do is in accordance with the Dharma. Again, all of you who are fortunate and have faith in the Dharma, please put aside your thoughts and worries. It is difficult to obtain the human body with leisure and opportunity, the demon of the Lord of Death is terrifying, impermanence is swift, the future is unpredictable, and the results of one's own actions will not be wasted. Therefore, if you stumble now, you will not even hear the name of the Three Jewels and the happy realms in the future. Therefore, you must now devote your body, speech, and mind to the sacred Dharma. Although there are many practitioners, very few are truly in accordance with the Dharma. Once a pure mind that is in accordance with the Dharma arises, you will feel that everything in the world is like a pile of grass in front of a wild animal, and you will feel that it doesn't matter what happens. Only then will your actions truly enter the Dharma. Those exquisite rituals, chanting of scriptures and mantras, offering to the higher and giving to the lower, drawing Buddha images, building stupas, etc., do many things that must be done, and then feel that you are the best of practitioners, and develop a firm arrogance, but these are not even the cause of approaching the attainment of Buddhahood. What is the root of all this? The answer is: because you have not tamed your own mind. In short, although the Sutras, Vinaya, Shastras, and oral instructions have revealed many methods of practice, the root lies in taming your own mind, and there is no other way. This is the meaning of "the guru's teaching in one word." If the mind is as soft as sheep's wool, then the mind is turned towards the Dharma. If the mind cannot be controlled and is as stiff as the neck of a wild yak, even if you practice profound meditation and hold profound views, you will be worse than an ordinary person when death comes. Therefore, for this wild and untamed mind, there is nothing that does not need to be remembered, so once an evil thought arises, it must be destroyed immediately, and every day you must improve your mind, and afflictions and evil Dharma.

If you can reduce scattered thoughts and become more familiar with the virtuous mind, then you will naturally realize the true nature of Mahamudra. The root of all Dharmas is refuge and the generation of Bodhicitta, so from the beginning, be sure to integrate them into your mindstream. In particular, guided by great compassion, with the thought of cherishing others more than oneself, constantly practice the exchange of self and other. At all times, remember impermanence and contemplate that death may come at any time. Do not be too attached to dwelling places, Dharma friends, possessions, and all kinds of distractions, but be content and have few desires. Do not have partiality or hatred towards any school of thought, but cultivate pure perception. Regard the root guru as the actual Buddha, and constantly pray from the depths of your heart, so that without words or conceptual thoughts, it will naturally arise from the essence of your own mind. This is the unique tradition of the Practice Lineage Precious One, so please keep it in mind. In particular, pray from the depths of your heart to the unequaled Dagpo Rinpoche and Gyalwa Mikyo Dorje, as it is said that their blessings are more powerful than others. Actually, abide in the nature of mind without thinking of anything, and let the conceptual thoughts arise and flow naturally. If you can understand what these two are, then you will recognize awareness and the abiding and flowing. Furthermore, investigate where this mind originally came from, where it is now abiding, and where it will ultimately go, so that you will realize the unborn, unceasing, rootless, baseless, self-luminous, spontaneously accomplished Great Perfection. After that, no matter what abiding or flowing arises, do not deliberately like or dislike it, but gaze uncorrected at the nature of the one who produces it, so that it will naturally arise and naturally dissolve like water and waves. This is the essential instruction for beginners, so please keep it in mind for now. In short, it is not about saying a lot, but depends on your own diligence and the blessings of the guru, so do not procrastinate, but constantly guard your own mind and pray to the guru, and one day you will reach a state where your own mind is in control. Afterwards, always dedicate with pure aspirations, especially strive to practice the Samantabhadra's Prayer and the Sukhavati Prayer from the bottom of your heart. These words were spoken by the monk Yonten Gyatso at the request of Bhikshu Karma Pende, may it be virtuous! Remembering the supreme protector of great bliss, and the inseparable Guru Padmasambhava, the sun, the lotus pond of faith in our hearts!
