Do not exaggerate excessively. Although proficient in scriptures, those who lack merit and altruistic actions, and those who are not truly learned but pretend to be scholars, are no different from the great chariot masters of India. Those who consider themselves accomplished in a certain aspect of the path have not truly attained the status of a great Vajra Master. Even if there is some accomplishment, it is merely a superficial formality. In reality, they are both learned and accomplished, both accomplished and learned, and never one-sided. Therefore, their activities, in the eyes of ordinary people and even in every corner of Jambudvipa, constantly, universally, and spontaneously accomplish the benefit of others. Among them, the direct disciple of the Fifth (Karmapa), the accomplished master of the Dakini Heart Drop, Ma Se Lodro Rinchen, received the empowerment of the Chakrasamvara Dakini oral transmission—the Three Jewel Cycles. Being embraced by the wisdom body of Sangye Zhigchen, he initiated the grand feast dance. He established the great Zurmang Monastery, forming the Zurmang Kagyu. The heart son of the Ninth (Karmapa), the Sixth Sharmapa Garwang Chokyi Wangchuk's disciple, Karma Chakme, perfected the four practices of the infinite mandalas of the new and old tantras. He attained great stability in the generation and completion stages. He was enthroned as the Dharma Lord of many great treasures, and through his extraordinary aspiration, the altruistic activities of the sacred Dharma spread to all sects. His lineage is known as Nedo Kagyu, named after the monastery. These two are branches of the Kamtsang Kagyu, a sect that integrates the new and old teachings, and still exists independently today. In addition, among the disciples of these fathers and sons, there were great scholars proficient in teaching and explanation, such as Tsawa Jamyang Chenpo, the Second Karma Trinley, Shalu Lotsawa, Dak Rampa, Jewon Karma, E Lo Tsewang Kunchap, and others. There were also Nyenre Gedun Bum, the eighty realized ones of Yangri, Je Bon Garwa, Sangye Nyenpa Drupchen, Ewa Drungyikpa, Taktsang Yangdak, Tsari Realized One, Wam Ste Trulku, and others, all of whom were accomplished masters who had mastered the supreme siddhis. This group of scholars and accomplished masters has continued unbroken to this day, serving Buddhism and sentient beings. Their monasteries include Tölung Tsurphu Monastery, Karma Riwoché Monastery, Kam

Within the Po (པོ་) region are the three wheels of body, speech, and mind. To the east are Pungri (སྤུངས་རི་) and Trekam (ཏྲེ་ཀཾ) Khim (ཁྱིམ་), places of merit, and Barra (འབར་ར་) and Drama (གྲྭ་མ་) Square are places of activity. Monasteries and colleges branched out from there, spreading throughout the great earth. Now, in general, the teachings have entered a degenerate age, and most monasteries have declined. However, through the kindness of the Omniscient Dharma Source, both the upper and lower incarnations, the life of the teachings was revived from Dokham, rebuilding and restoring the foundation of the Karma Kagyu's teachings and practice. Palpung (དཔལ་སྤུངས་) Thubten Chokhor Ling (ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཆོས་འཁོར་གླིང་) itself has become the source of a hundred rivers. The student of the Unequaled Dagpo, the great powerful one who accomplished the clear and empty Sho meditation, as prophesied, benefited limitless beings with the activity of subduing non-humans. In the early days, some lineages also arose, but now there is no lineage, and it is said that the lineage resides in Yalphuk (གཡེལ་ཕུག་). Phagmo Drupa (ཕག་མོ་གྲུ་པ) or Khampa Dorje Gyalpo (ཁམས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་པོ) first listened to the Dharma from Sachen (ས་ཆེན་) and became a great accomplished master of the Tibetan tradition, but he was not fully satisfied with the nature of realization. When he came before the Unequaled Dagpo, he realized the truth of Dharma-nature simply by meeting him. Among the eight hundred students, there were five hundred umbrella bearers, etc., and some of the great disciples established separate monasteries. Therefore, the Eight Minor Kagyu or the Four Pairs and Eight Branches arose. Moreover, the great Phagmo Dru monastery has had a continuous lineage of accomplished masters, and later there also arose Desis who controlled the great affairs of the Mongols and China. Branching out from that are the Drikung (འབྲི་སྟག་) two, the Troling (ཁྲོ་གླིང་) two, the Mar Yul (སྨར་ཡེལ་) two, and the Yamshuk (གཡམ་ཤུག་) two. First, Jigten Sumgön (འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་མགོན), who perfected auspicious connections, established the Drikung (འབྲི་གུང་) monastery. Accomplished masters Gnyos Ggar Chosum (གཉོས་མགར་ཆོས་གསུམ), Drikung Lingpa (འབྲི་གུང་གླིང་པ་), and others are said to have gathered eighteen thousand disciples. There is a saying: "All mountains are Drikung mountains, all plains are Drikung plains," and it flourished greatly. Later, from the time of Chögyal Rinchen Phuntsok (ཆོས་རྒྱལ་རིན་ཆེན་ཕུན་ཚོགས་) and his sons, the tradition of new and old treasures also began to flourish. Second, is Taklung Thangpa Tashi Pal (སྟག་ལུང་ཐང་པ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་དཔལ་), who perfected devotion, and he established the Taklung (སྟག་ལུང་) monastery.
