During the proclamation, the master or the representative says: "Oh, fortunate Vajra brothers and sisters, please listen attentively without distraction." As it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Hold the empowerment, life, and vows. If divided, there are millions of kotis of divisions. If gathered, there are twenty-five. The root is in body, speech, and mind. If broken, one goes to the Vajra hell. Therefore, protect it like the apple of your eye. If broken, one must confess again." As it is said, first receive the ripening empowerment, and by abiding in the empowerment, life, and vows, one must enter the path of liberation. Vows are like the life force, and the other stages of the path are like other limbs. Therefore, in all ways, strive to cherish only the vows. Although in the treatises of the three yogas of secret mantra, the classifications and collections of vows are inconceivable, they can be gathered into two: root vows and branch vows. Here, the root is the three of body, speech, and mind, and the branches are gathered into twenty-five vows. In the root vow of body, the master Proud Vajra says: "Common, uncommon, and empowerment vows, transgressions, restorations, and liberating the lineage of knowledge, the six masters of oral transmission." As it is said, the six masters, especially the Vajra master who possesses the three kindnesses of empowerment, tantra explanation, and oral instruction, should be honored more dearly than life itself, and regarded as inseparable from the main deity of the mandala. The common, distant, close, and like-minded Dharma friends, and especially the mixed Dharma friends gathered in one mandala, should continuously maintain pure appearance and loving-kindness towards each other like the apple of the eye. In the vow of speech, the "Clear Light" says: "One's own body is the great mudra of the victorious ones. Know also that the realm of sentient beings is the same. The indivisible Vajra body of appearance and emptiness, if not remembered constantly in the three times, how can one be included as a Mahayana mantra practitioner?" Thus, with the supreme bodhicitta, the ultimate truth inseparable, the awareness of the object, through realization and habituation, the three doors should not stray from the body, speech, and mind mudras of the deity. With the three mantras and four mudras, it is best to be continuous like a river, moderately during the six times of day and night, and at the very least, not to exceed months and years. In the vow of mind, the "Clear Light" says: Observe
