Whoever holds it, whether high or low, is called a false Dharma and will be thrown into samsara and the lower realms. For example, like "false Chöd" or "false medicine for illness." Some people call some Dharma composed by certain people or emerging from treasures as false Dharma, and without even analyzing the meaning of a chapter, they say that these writings and treasure Dharma are right or wrong. This seems to be proclaimed based on the biases of their respective sects or the circumstances of individuals. The Buddha said that no one other than the Buddha can measure a person's mind. Therefore, if a person's view and behavior meet the standard, even if you don't like him, you can't just conclude that he is a false Dharma. For example, just like buying and selling good and bad gold, there is no difference between the buyers and sellers. Therefore, the Buddha himself said, "Do not rely on the individual, rely on the Dharma." It is very important to understand this, this is just mentioned in passing. "Do not turn gods into demons." This means that while practicing mind training, if you become arrogant and conceited, and your mind becomes rigid, it is like turning gods into demons, and the Dharma will become non-Dharma. Therefore, the more you practice Dharma or mind training, the more you should tame your mind and treat everyone like a slave. "Do not seek suffering on the branches of happiness." This means that if patrons and others get sick or die, food and wealth will come; if monastic friends die, scriptures and statues will come; if someone equal to oneself dies, only oneself will gain merit; if an enemy dies, one will feel happy, etc. In short, do not hope that others will suffer unwanted pain on the branches of your own happiness. Seventh, showing the teachings of mind training: "Do all yogas with one." This means that all actions such as eating, dressing, sleeping, walking, etc., should be practiced with the single yoga that does not separate from the thought of benefiting others. "Do all suppressions with one." Just like suppressing with analysis, when practicing mind training, if many bad situations arise, such as short life, being insulted and slandered, being harmed by ghosts and enemies, one's own afflictions becoming strong, not wanting to practice, etc., one should think that there are many sentient beings in the world suffering like me, and one should generate compassion for them, not wanting

Upon this, may all the unwanted sufferings of all sentient beings gather, and only the reversed practice of exchanging self and others should be done. There are two tasks at the beginning and the end. It means that first, as soon as you wake up in the morning, you should generate a strong intention to not be separated from the two bodhicitta minds today. During the day, you should also maintain it with mindfulness and continuity. Finally, when you go to bed at night, you should examine your thoughts and actions of the day. If there is anything that contradicts the bodhicitta mind, you should reproach yourself and confess, and vow not to let such things happen again in the future. If there is no contradiction, you should cultivate joy and pray that you and all other beings will be able to enter an even more excellent state than this in the future. You should constantly train in these two tasks. You should also generate the same intention for vows to avoid transgressions, etc. Whatever of the two happens, you should endure it. It means that even if you feel very painful and helpless, you should think of it as the result of past karma, and not be resentful or depressed. Instead, you should accept all the sins and sufferings of others, and strive to find ways to purify sins and obscurations. Even if you have great happiness such as abundant wealth and enjoyment, you should not indulge in carelessness, but use wealth for virtuous deeds, transform power into virtuous actions, and pray that all sentient beings may have happiness. In short, whatever happens, happiness or suffering, you should endure it. Both of these should be protected by dedicating your life. It means that all the teachings of the Dharma in general, such as the three vows, and the special teachings and vows in the mind training practice, are the source of all happiness in this life and the next. Therefore, you should protect these two by dedicating your life. Moreover, whatever you do, you should not be bound by the thought of pursuing your own interests, but protect it with a pure altruistic mind. You should train in the three difficulties. It means that it is difficult to recognize afflictions at first, difficult to restrain them in the middle, and difficult to cut off their continuity in the end. Therefore, you should immediately recognize afflictions as soon as they arise. In the middle, you should abandon them by increasing the power of the antidote. In the end, you should make a firm resolution that such things will never happen again in the future. You should train in these three. You should take the three main causes. It means that the main causes for practicing the Dharma are a good lama and your own capable mind. Therefore, you should practice the Dharma properly.
