Because of cherishing practice, and because the wise, monks, and those who practice Dharma, doing long-term asceticism, etc., are all for oneself, so there is no need to blame others. Do not sell blame to others. Do not have high expectations of people. Praying to the deities is the teaching of Rechungpa, so it is said. Do not stop quarrels. It means do not have envious thoughts towards others. For others publicly criticizing oneself, and causing harm, etc., do not accept it, and avoid mental disturbance. Potowa said: We Dharma practitioners have not become the antidote to the antidote to clinging to Dharma, so our patience is less than that of a child. Quarrels are like robbers holding on tightly, because this way one cannot understand the Dharma, so one needs to become the antidote to the antidote to clinging to Dharma. Do not do short-term things. It means do not show joy or displeasure at the slightest thing, do not hurt the hearts of friends. Do not expect great fame. It means that for oneself practicing Dharma, and helping others, and doing good deeds, etc., do not expect others to give words of praise. In short, it is to avoid expecting fame. Like this, these teachings are the methods to make mind training not decline and continue to grow. In short, Gyalse Rinpoche said: One should practice Bodhicitta well throughout one's life through the two ways of equality and following, and one should gain confidence in practice, and one should strive like this. When the five degenerations are flourishing, transform them into the path to enlightenment. This essence of nectar of secret instructions is transmitted from Serlingpa. This is to say that because the five degenerations of time, sentient beings, lifespan, afflictions, and views are flourishing, the favorable conditions for happiness are few, and the unfavorable conditions are very many, if it is not the antidote of other Dharmas, then for those who practice mind training, the more bad conditions there are, the more virtuous deeds will increase, just like the more firewood there is, the more the flames will grow. Transforming all afflictions and bad conditions into the path to enlightenment is a characteristic that other Dharmas do not have. It benefits all superior and inferior faculties, and the essence of nectar of secret instructions that is integrated into the continuum is like the profound Dharma transmitted from Jowo Serlingpa, who is the most kind of the three teachers of Jowo. So it is said. Previous

Yang, the residue of karma awakens, because of one's many affections, suffering and bad reputation can be endured, so ask for the essential instructions on taming self-grasping, now even if I die, I have no regrets! This is what the great virtuous friend said, the karma of the past awakened, with great faith in this Dharma alone, with great diligence, this essential instruction on taming self-grasping, the root of all Dharmas—one's own mind, was obtained from the lineage of Jowo and his sons, and diligently practiced in the heart, generating compassion that cherishes others more than oneself, cutting off the attachment of selfishness, having achieved the ultimate purpose of entering the Dharma, gaining firm confidence, therefore there is no regret. The last two verses are the concluding words of the author. Second, admonishing with the advice of the lineage: Such a profound Dharma of mind training, if one is alone, one will feel lonely, but all suffering and happiness can be transformed into the path by mind training alone, not only that, the profound Dharma will increase bad karma, the mind will be disturbed, wanting to go but reluctant to leave, wanting to stay but reluctant to leave, etc., one should practice like this: If your nature is like this, this place is also an excellent place, this mind is also very happy. Otherwise, with your endurance, it is fortunate not to fall into hell, it is fortunate not to be burned. Moreover, one should think deeply about fear, give oneself a severe scolding, reduce food, practice asceticism, reduce clothing, take the inferior part, endure both suffering and happiness, and practice the antidote. As stated in the Stages of a Bodhisattva, one should focus on scolding oneself. When sick, one should serve the sick, at this time, if one has the thought of "If I could do better than this" towards doctors, attendants, relatives, etc., this disease is not caused by others, but by self-grasping. If medicine and attendants are effective, there will be nothing that has not been done before, in any case, it will eventually be worse than fear. Now that self-grasping needs these, your heart should be satisfied, think like this, and on top of that, practice taking on the diseases and evil spirits of others. In addition, the words of Jowo Serlingpa: All discriminations can be destroyed, all antidotes can be struck down, all gatherings can be unified, all paths can be decided at once. The four seals of antidote purification
