Seizing, stealing, diminishing, all that is diminished is like iron filings collected by a magnet. Involuntarily, they are drawn to the tip of the light rays and enter the vase in the hand. Melting and boiling, contemplate it becoming a stream of immortal life nectar. Recite: Om Vajra Ayukshe Sara He, Kara Re, Shwara Re Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེས་ར་ཧེ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र आयुःषे सर हे, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra āyuḥṣe sara he, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Life, Increase, Sha, Sara, He.) Having prayed in this way, from the mouth of the vase flows a stream of nectar with a white and red luster, immeasurable. It enters from the aperture of Brahma on one's crown, filling the entire body. Purifying all fears of untimely death, restoring all diminished lifespan, believing that one has attained the accomplishment of immortal life. Recite: Om Amara Jibanti Ye Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ अमर जीबन्ती ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ amara jībantī ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Immortal, Life, Existence, Ye, Svaha.) Recite one hundred and eight times, etc., this is the first round of contemplation. Again, from the seed syllable in the heart, light radiates. The essence of the wind mandala of the lower ground, and the supporting wind of the house, the propelling wind, the scattering wind, the moving wind, etc., the clarity of the essence, the brilliance and luster, the taste and energy essence, all are absorbed into the vase in the hand, from reciting the mantra and praying, etc., as before. From the mouth of the vase flows nectar with a green, emerald-like luster. It enters the crown, filling the body, purifying fears, and attaining the accomplishment of life. In particular, the body is comfortable and full of energy, so that nothing can make it heavy or oppressive, becoming as light as the clothes of the gods, like the son of non-attachment, the pure wind is blessed by the Samaya Tara, contemplate in this way and recite the mantra, this is the second round of contemplation. Again, from the seed syllable in the heart, light radiates. The mandala of fire, and the fire of the horse-faced one, the fire of burning, the fire of sacrifice, the fire of the eon, the fire of wisdom, the sun and lightning, and the essence of the light of jewels and stars, etc., are absorbed as above. The nectar is of a warm nature, like the color of molten copper. In particular, one's own body is warm and the luster is perfect, so that nothing can make it dim, dark, or obscured, becoming like the light of the sun and jewels, the pure fire is blessed by the White-Clad Mother, contemplate in this way, this is the third round of contemplation. Again, from the life syllable in the heart, light radiates. The mandala of water, and the outer and inner oceans, Mapam Yumtso Lake, the Ganges, etc.

以及大江大河等。 汇集了海洋、池塘、水洼、人工水、河流、溪流、泉水、水眼等精华。其他如前所述。从宝瓶口流出甘露，散发着清凉的檀香味，颜色洁白如牛奶。特别是自己的身体充满油润光泽，任何东西都无法使其干燥和僵硬，如同莲花的根茎和甘露的海洋一般。观想清净之水受到嘛嘛枳佛母的加持，这是第四观想处。又从心命发出光芒。汇集了黄金的地面、须弥山金山、四大洲小洲、外铁围山、雪山、草山、森林山、岩石山、红土山、砂石山、珍宝山，以及土石山岩、花草树木森林、谷物药材水果等的精华。从宝瓶口流出甘露，如同金色的熔化之汁液。特别是自己的事业坚固稳定，任何东西都无法使其动摇和摧毁，如同金刚石和须弥山一般。观想清净之地受到佛眼佛母的加持，这是第五观想处。又从心命发出光芒。梵天、自在天、遍入天，即世间的三位主宰，以及帝释天、四大天王、十方护法等非人有力量者们的寿命和福德，以及所有威力和财富，还有上师、善知识等殊胜者的加持和能力，瑜伽士和库萨里们的证悟功德，智者班智达们的智慧功德，转轮王等国王、小国王、王妃、大臣，以及权势财富兴旺者。总之，汇集了世间人们的所有寿命、福德、财富圆满的精华。流出白色带红色的光泽的甘露。特别是由于自己获得了他们所有的功德，观想寿命、福德、财富等共同的功德增长，这是第六观想处。又从心命发出光芒。上方是功德无量的佛刹庄严，以及西方极乐世界。从阿弥陀佛的刹土，阿弥陀佛及其眷属等佛和菩萨

and the great rivers and streams. It gathers the essence of oceans, ponds, puddles, artificial water, rivers, streams, springs, water eyes, and so on. The rest is as before. From the mouth of the vase flows nectar, emitting a cool sandalwood fragrance, with a white color like milk. Especially, one's own body is full of oily luster, and nothing can make it dry or stiff, like the roots of a lotus and an ocean of nectar. Contemplate that the pure water is blessed by Mamaqi Buddha Mother, this is the fourth contemplation point. Again, light radiates from the heart-essence. It gathers the essence of the golden ground, Mount Sumeru golden mountain, four continents and subcontinents, outer iron fence mountain, snow mountain, grass mountain, forest mountain, rock mountain, red earth mountain, sandstone mountain, jewel mountain, as well as soil, stone, mountain rocks, flowers, grass, trees, forests, grains, medicines, fruits, and so on. From the mouth of the vase flows nectar, like golden molten juice. Especially, one's own actions are firm and stable, and nothing can shake or destroy them, like a diamond and Mount Sumeru. Contemplate that the pure land is blessed by Buddha Eye Buddha Mother, this is the fifth contemplation point. Again, light radiates from the heart-essence. Brahma, Ishvara, Vishnu, the three lords of the world, as well as Indra, the Four Great Kings, the ten directional protectors, and other powerful non-human beings' lifespan and merit, as well as all power and wealth, and the blessings and abilities of lamas, virtuous friends, and other excellent ones, the realization qualities of yogis and kusalis, the wisdom qualities of wise panditas, Chakravartin kings, small kings, queens, ministers, and those with power, wealth, and prosperity. In short, it gathers the essence of all lifespan, merit, and wealth perfection of worldly people. Nectar flows with a white and reddish luster. Especially, because one has obtained all their qualities, contemplate that common qualities such as lifespan, merit, and wealth increase, this is the sixth contemplation point. Again, light radiates from the heart-essence. Above is the Buddha field of immeasurable qualities and adornments, and from the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati.
