ས་བུའི་སྐུ་ཚེ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཆོས་སུ་བརྟན། །སྐྱེ་དགུའི་དུས་མིན་འཆི་སོགས་འཇིགས་ཚོགས་མུན་པ་ཆོས་མཐུན་འབྱོར་པའི་སྣང་བས་བཅོམ། །བདག་ཀྱང་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཛོད་ལ་གནས་སྐབས་མཐར་ཐུག་རང་དབང་སྤྱོད། །ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པའི་རྣམ་ཐར་བསྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར་ལེགས་སྤྱོད་འདི་ཡང་དོན་ལྡན་ཉིད་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་བསྟན་པའི་མངའ་བདག་བཀའ་དྲིན་སུམ་ལྡན་ཀུན་གཟིགས་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་སྨིན་ཁྲིད་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཏུ་ནོད་པའི་ཚེ། ཕྱིན་ཆད་འཆད་ཉན་བདེ་བའི་སླད་དུ་ཅིས་ཀྱང་ཁྲིད་ཡིག་ཅིག་འབྲི་བར་འོས་ཞེས་བཀའ་ལུང་གསེར་གྱི་ཅོད་པན་ཡང་ཡང་བཅིངས་པ་དང་། །སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་བསྟན་པའི་སྣང་བྱེད་མཁན་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་ཟླ་བ་བཟང་པོ་སོགས་སྐྱབས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དང་། །ཆོས་བཞིན་ཏུ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ གྲོགས་མང་པོས་ཀྱང་རྗེས་བསྐུལ་གནང་བར་བརྟེན། རྗེ་འབའ་ར་བའི་ཡིག་ཆ་རྣམས་དང་། ཚར་ཆེན་ཡབ་སྲས་ཀྱི་གསུང་ལ་ཞལ་ཤེས་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་ཏེ། ས་བཅད་ཀྱི་ཆིངས་སོགས་རྗེ་བླ་མས་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྩལ་བ་ཉིད་ལ་སྒྲོ་སྐུར་དྲི་མ་སྤངས་ཏེ་མ་སྦས་བཀླག་ཆོག་གི་ཚུལ་དུ། སྙིགས་དུས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཏཱའི་སི་ཏུ་པདྨའི་མཚན་ཅན་གྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་བའི་སྙོམས་ལས་པ་ཀརྨ་ངག་དབང་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཆོས་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཀྱི་ཡང་དབེན་ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་དུ་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། །སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་གྲུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ཟབ་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་གཏེར།

愿地基的寿命稳固如金刚法。众生的非时死等恐怖的黑暗，被与法相应的兴盛之光所摧毁。愿我也能拥有不死寿命和智慧宝藏，暂时和究竟都能随心所欲。为了成就无量寿的行持，愿此善行也变得有意义。此乃全圆满教法的法主，三恩具足的普视蒋扬钦哲旺波尊者面前，蒙受灌顶引导恩赐之时，为了今后讲修的便利，务必撰写一部引导文，屡次接受金口玉言的嘱托。以及实修传承教法的明灯，大成就者金刚持扎瓦桑波等皈依处，和如法行持的众多道友也多次劝请。因此，以杰巴热瓦的文献等，以及擦钦父子的教言加以口诀润色，地基的界限等如杰喇嘛所赐予的那样，去除增减的污垢，以不隐瞒、可阅读的方式，由末世的嘉瓦大司徒莲花之名者所摄受的瑜伽士噶玛昂旺云丹嘉措，于大法轮寺吉祥邦的寂静处普贤大乐光明洲所著，善妙增上！萨瓦达芒嘎拉姆！（梵文，Sarvadā maṅgalaṃ，愿一切时中吉祥！） 无量寿成就母仪轨的生圆次第甚深引导文，名为不死甘露之水藏。

May the life of the foundation be as stable as the Vajra Dharma. May the darkness of fears, such as untimely death of beings, be destroyed by the light of Dharma-conforming prosperity. May I also possess the treasure of immortal life and wisdom, and enjoy temporary and ultimate freedom at will. In order to accomplish the conduct of Amitayus, may this virtuous deed also become meaningful. This was written when I received the empowerment and guidance from the all-perfect master of the teachings, the thrice-gracious Kunzig Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, who repeatedly instructed me to write a guide for the convenience of future teaching and practice. Furthermore, the refuge of the great accomplished Vajradhara Dawa Zangpo, the illuminator of the practice lineage teachings, and many Dharma-practicing friends also repeatedly urged me. Therefore, based on the documents of Je Bahra and the teachings of Tsarchen father and son, adorned with oral instructions, and following the boundaries of the foundation as bestowed by Je Lama, removing the defilement of additions and subtractions, in an unhidden and readable manner, this was written by the yogi Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, who is cared for by the Gyalwa Tai Situ with the name of Lotus in the degenerate age, in the solitary place of Palpung Monastery, the All-Good Great Bliss Radiant Land. May virtue and excellence increase! Sarvadā maṅgalaṃ! (Sanskrit, Sarvadā maṅgalaṃ, May there be auspiciousness always!) The profound instructions on the generation and completion stages of the Amitayus Accomplishment Mother practice, a text called 'The Reservoir of Immortal Nectar'.
