Manjushri and the lord of the ocean of melodious sounds, although having fully realized all-knowingness and other manifestations, the image of compassion without object, manifesting the nature of existence, I bow to the master who shows it to the lords of countless scholars and accomplished ones. The instructions related to the tantras are limitless, and mostly originated in the midst of the snowy mountains, but the stream of instructions flowing from the Accomplishment Queen, is the nectar of immortal accomplishment, which easily enjoys the stream of supreme and common essence, without decline, its pleasant drum sound fills the whole area, the oral instructions of the sublime Rechungpa are particularly special, recording the secret words of the all-pervading lama just as they are. Thus, long life, which is the basis of all the qualities of higher realms and definite goodness, is the sole object of pursuit for all who have obtained the leisure and endowments of higher realms. However, the means of long life depend on causes, depend on conditions, and have endless distinctions of outer, inner, and secret, but among all of these, that which temporarily bestows life and ultimately bestows supreme accomplishment easily, is particularly superior because it relies on the profound generation and completion stages spoken of in the tantras. Among these, the path is stable, and up to the present time, the signs of experience and accomplishment have not been interrupted, this is known as the Amitayus Accomplishment Queen tradition. In order to show the order of such instructions, there are three root divisions: Briefly mention the source from which it came, show the categories of instructions that came in this way, and explain the actual text of the instructions in detail. First, the essence of all the teachings spoken by the Buddhas is the secret mantra Vajrayana.

She, with the ocean-like instructions of immortal life, places all fortunate ones in their own position, and is still alive today. Jetsun Rechungpa accepted this as a special characteristic. This was also according to the prophecy of Lhodrak Marpa, that Mila Shepa Dorje was sent to India to request the Dharma cycles of the formless dakinis, etc. He also relied on many learned and accomplished masters such as the Nepalese Bhari Ma and Bala Chandra, etc., but the most important one was Tepo Sangngak Dongpo, the heart son of Naropa, the master of accomplishment, from whom he received profound and vast instructions like pouring from a vase, and when he was about to return to Tibet, he was prophesied to have only seven months of life left. Therefore, according to the master's command, he went to the presence of Machig Drupa'i Gyalmo and received the life empowerment and countless instructions. By practicing for seven months, he who was originally forty years old, extended his life by another forty-four years, totaling eighty-four years, benefiting beings, and finally went to the Pure Land with his physical body, and still abides in the rainbow body vajra form. When Rechungpa returned to Tibet and met Jetsun Mila, Mila said according to the instructions, "You must give me a gift, a special profound Dharma that has not been spread in Tibet before."
