Like a mustard seed, it goes to the lap of the white Amitayus at the crown chakra. The mother's white clothes turn red, embracing the father, and from the juncture of union in meditative absorption, white nectar descends. It gradually fills the four chakras. The four joys of ascending arise. Finally, a white essence the size of a mustard seed goes to the lap of the red Amitayus below the navel. The mother turns white and enters into meditation. From the juncture of union, red nectar descends. It blazes upwards and fills the four chakras. The four joys of descending stability arise in the mindstream. The entire body blazes with blissful warmth. The luminosity of the four emptinesses is perfected, and the wisdom of union arises. Think of accomplishing the rainbow body vajra body. By becoming accustomed to this, as an aid to perfecting the path of bliss and emptiness. On the mother's body, the channels, chakras, etc., are clearly visible. There, gather the essence of life. By means of meditative absorption, draw it into oneself, this is a secret hidden instruction. The third is, cultivating the ultimate reality Mahamudra, where bliss and emptiness, guided by the wisdom of the four joys, are inseparable. That is, visualizing one's own body as the illusory deity of luminosity and emptiness. Contemplating the mindstream as the experience of great bliss without outflows, and placing it in the realm of the mind, abide in the state of key points. The second is, all unborn awareness is obscured by the defilement of discriminating thought, this is the Dharmakaya free from elaboration. The arisen awareness, recognizing it as clarity and emptiness and liberating it, this is the Sambhogakaya. All arisen and unborn awareness, relying on the original self-nature and abiding, realizing the function of dependent origination, this is the Nirmanakaya. Recognizing the inseparability of the three kayas of the ground state, perfected on a single instant of awareness. Deciding that delusion and discrimination are wisdom. Relying on the experience of the natural liberation of dualistic appearances, the view combined with the attainment that is obtained, to seal all the yoga of generation and completion stages, this is the most precious key point of all yogas, and is the most excellent. Continuously merging with the view of unborn reality is also a method of prolonging life that surpasses all others. Third, the subsequent activities are three. Closing the upper and lower doors of life. Planting the life peg in the heart. Blocking the dangerous paths where obstacles enter. The first is, at the time of meditation, the moon at the upper end of the central channel

With the white Amitayus possessing a peaceful countenance, and the red Amitayus possessing the nature of the sun at its tip, avert (obstacles). Secondly, the vase water of the Amitayus below flows upwards, reaching the heart, and transforms into a solar disc. The vase water of the Amitayus at the crown of the head flows outwards, reaching the heart, and transforms into a lunar disc. In the center where these two unite, focus the mind for a long time on the essence of one's own wind-mind, which is inseparable, the blue HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽) syllable radiating five-colored light. Thirdly, starting from one's own heart, the channels between the tips of the four fingers of the hands and feet are filled with red HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽) syllables of wrathful nature, with their heads pointing towards the fingertips and many sparks of fire flashing, thus protecting all obstacles such as demons and Yama. Contemplate the tent of life as stable as the indestructible vajra nature. If desired, after planting the life stake, put on the armor of life: In the five chakras, contemplate the nature of the five aggregates such as form, i.e., white, red, blue, yellow, and green Amitayus, each radiating light that matches its own color. First blue, then red, white, yellow, and green in that order, pervading the entire body. Contemplate all pores being filled with vajra armor without any gaps. It is said that this comes from the instructions of other lineages, so it is not placed in the context of the guiding instructions, but it is permissible to practice if desired. Finally, seal with a completely pure dedication and aspiration, and pervade with the auspicious light of goodness with auspicious words. During session breaks, also know that appearances, sounds, and thoughts are the play of deities, mantras, and wisdom. Reciting the Sutra and Dharani of Immortal Life, making tsatsas, saving the lives of sentient beings, etc., are virtuous activities that have great significance both temporarily and in the long term, both general and specific, and one should strive to do them. Through these, the main practice of the generation and completion stages of the Amitayus practice of the Accomplished Conquerors lineage, known as "One Deity, One Vase," has been well explained. This text comes from the oral instructions of the glorious lama and is written entirely in accordance with the teachings, without mixing in one's own fabrications. It also contains the extraordinary golden mandala instructions. If desired, one can add the single-transmission sealed teachings, but do not take this as the root guiding text.
