Accomplished. In short, after that, visualize yourself as a three-pointed blue Vajra, assuming the Vajra posture, so that there will be unobstructed auspiciousness, and it will transform into the supreme mandala of ultimate meaning. Second, the characteristics of the Secret Heart Essence, establishing the foundation of the path with seven mind trainings. From the Copper Book it says: Alas! Alas! Sons of noble family, listen! Some people who are not interested in the appearance of manifest awareness, who are dull-witted and have little merit, may not believe in this. In order for these people to see awareness, they should study these. In the absence of obstacles, let go of all internal and external affairs, abandon the distractions of meditation, and first train the mind. As it is said in detail, there are seven here: impermanence, temporary and lasting happiness, many causes and conditions, actions are meaningless, the qualities of the Buddha, the instructions of the Guru, and training the mind based on non-discrimination. First, train the mind by contemplating impermanence: the external changes of seasons and times, the impermanence of day and night in an instant; the internal body composed of the four elements, changing and impermanent, like a collection of water bubbles, quickly decaying and without essence, is also impermanent; the death of secret parents, relatives, and friends is also impermanent; when will such a situation happen to oneself? There is no certainty that one will not die even today or tomorrow. Will I die tonight? Will I die tomorrow? Think about this from the heart without a moment's relaxation. When seeing other sentient beings, think that all these beings will eventually not escape death. Meditate on when will I die. Therefore, all conditioned phenomena are of the nature of impermanence. Seeing examples of impermanence and feeling discouraged is the standard of accomplishment. By practicing in this way, there is a need to turn away from samsara. To clarify this: the external changes of day and night and seasons, the internal body, secret relatives, etc., all conditioned phenomena are impermanent, quickly decaying, without essence, like water bubbles. These should be recited and meditated upon. Second, train the mind by contemplating temporary happiness and lasting happiness, non-virtuous actions will produce all kinds of suffering and lower realms, virtuous actions will produce higher realms and happiness.

Everything arises, and the nature of samsara, with its ups and downs, is like a whirlpool of water, changing and impermanent. This is truly amazing. The supreme method of not entering samsara, other than liberation and bodhi, cannot be trusted and is deceptive. This is truly strange. If one enters the path of liberation, one will obtain temporary happiness, good realms, and good qualities that will be integrated into one's own mindstream, just like the princes and bodhisattvas. One will obtain lasting happiness and accomplish unsurpassed bodhi, just like the Buddhas. Therefore, one should think of accomplishing both temporary and ultimate perfect happiness. Therefore, if one has not entered the path of liberation, even if one performs virtuous deeds and is reborn in a good realm, one will still fall back into the lower realms. Therefore, everything one does becomes a cause of suffering. The extent to which this thought arises from the depths of one's heart is the measure of one's habituation. Therefore, it is necessary to turn away from the suffering of samsara and generate strong renunciation in one's mindstream. To clarify this: The fruits of virtue and non-virtue cause beings to wander in the six realms. The happiness and wealth of existence are like poisoned food. Although they appear to be pleasant, they are ultimately the cause of suffering. Only the definitive and excellent path of liberation is supreme. Third, train the mind by contemplating various circumstances: When born in samsara, there is nothing to trust or rely on. Even if one bestows kindness, one receives harm in return. Even if one eats and drinks, it becomes a cause of disease and death. Even if one accumulates possessions, one fulfills the desires of enemies and thieves. Even if one relies on relatives and friends for help, they become enemies who inflict harm. Even if one does not inflict harm, one is still subjected to meaningless slander and accusations. No matter what one does, one cannot please others, and there is never a time of satisfaction. This is truly amazing. If one deeply contemplates the thoughts and actions of sentient beings, no matter how much kindness one bestows, some will be pleased and some will not. No matter how one thinks, one cannot benefit everyone. Everything one does is of the nature of suffering, and the causes of disease and death are countless. These things cannot truly bring benefit. Therefore, there is nothing more reliable than the lama and the Three Jewels. So, if one practices with devotion and offerings, it will become the cause of happiness in this life and the next. One should completely turn one's mind towards virtue, and contemplate the various good and bad circumstances that have occurred in the past, are occurring in the present, and will occur in the future, and generate renunciation.
