Going and coming cease in the sky. །Thus and so forth it is said. Also, without altering by fabrication, when looking at the self-nature of the dharmadhatu awareness, external appearances are not obstructed and internal grasping is not tainted. By holding the self-nature that is beyond expression and free from elaboration, the object and the subject mix without distinction, and the appearance of clear light arises without obscuration from the point of maturity. If the appearance of clear light is unclear or wavers to the left, right, above, or below, one should not suddenly follow it with the eyes and mind, but lead it with the way of looking. When it arises as before, one should not strain the mind too much but focus on it. By practicing in this way, experience arises on top of awareness, and the self-nature of awareness, the continuous stream, is directly seen, and it is said to be equal to Samantabhadra. Thus, also, in the After Death it says: This essential point of direct perception, who sees it? It is not the reversal of the three realms. And, in the Secret Conduct Tantra it says: The way of looking at the dharmadhatu and awareness is to look at the sky free from obscurations. Within the dharmadhatu, like a continuous thread, remain equally and do not separate. Whoever sees it in that way, that person is equal to the original Samantabhadra and their fortune. The meaning of what was said is to generate certainty and diligently practice, and the four appearances will increase further. Thus introduced. Here, in the Great Meditation Instruction, after showing how to practice in this way, in order to generate faith in its meaning, it is established with the key instructions of the support of awareness. As it is said in the Copper Book, it is explained from the support of one's own awareness, and as it is said in the Conch Book and others, the causes and conditions for the arising of dharmadhatu awareness, the meaning of delusion and non-delusion, the reason for entering into practice, and the establishment of the three kayas of the result are well explained, and one should generate certainty about the reasons and meanings of how to see dharmadhatu awareness. Here, if there is interest and ability, one should also do the eight stages of the introduction to the Lamp that Clarifies the Meaning of Tigle. Third, showing the ways in which the four appearances arise, divided into four: First, the appearance of the direct perception of dharmata: In that way, having abandoned activities, practice single-pointedly. First, on the vajra continuous stream,

Observing its changes, in the rainbow light, in the lamp of pure appearance of emptiness, one can see thousands of lamps of bindus with circumferences, as well as red and yellow bindus the size of a thumb, and even see combined pairs and triplets of bindus. These bindus sometimes appear and sometimes do not. Here, the dancing state of the Vajra Chain is focused on one point, or rather, imprisoned. The key instruction for that is: Between the eyebrows, the pure lamp, like the shape of the Naro letter, with colors like a rainbow, without letting awareness scatter, focusing on it, this is called the "iron hook of holding," which is the most profound key instruction. Second, the appearance of increasing experience: the five lights and bindus always appear, the appearance of the five lights is like a brocade tent, or like spokes tilting upwards, etc., detaching from four fingers' width from the eyebrows, appearing in the sky, within the visible range, in the round appearance of emptiness, even appearing as clusters like four-petaled lotuses surrounding it. Third, when awareness reaches its peak: the appearance of the five lights is filled, in the center, in the bindu with five circumferences, first starting from the crown of the deities, gradually appearing as half-body images, single-body images, mandalas of the five Buddhas, etc., until appearing filling countless pure lands. Fourth, the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata: the outer appearance, the inner illusory body, the secret channels and mind, and the increase of experiential appearances, etc., are all exhausted, the body transforms into a light body, speech transforms into indestructible self-sound, and the grasping and the grasped consciousness dissolve into the Dharmakaya. The more extensive meaning of these can be understood from the writings of the Dharma Lord Omniscient Great One. Fourth, regarding the key instructions for the time of death, there are four points: the immovable three foundations. Measuring with three abidings. Securing with three attainments. Showing the degree of liberation with four certainties. The first point is that during practice, the body should immovably abide in the three postures, so that the channels and winds remain in place, and thoughts naturally cease. The eyes should not move, not departing from the three ways of looking, so that the manifest realm is clear, free from the verbal fetters of conceptual thought. The winds and mind should not move, relying on slowness, dharmata abides in its own nature, mother and child merge without separation, and there is a need to abide in the primordial realm. At that time
