Second, control the moving wind. Third, generate heat and balance the elements. Ultimately, liberate into the three kayas, thereby transcending suffering. Although the wisdom of awareness resides in the body, it cannot appear as a sensory manifestation unless it is oppressed by the method and the key points of the body. It is like a snake having limbs, but they do not appear unless it is squeezed. Second is the key of speech: without uttering any words, rely on the calmness of the breath, with lips and teeth slightly apart, practice exhaling from the mouth and inhaling slightly. Third is the key of mind: based on the view of Trekchö. In the empty and clear sky without clouds or mist, do not look separately at the eyes, the sky, and awareness, but rather merge them inseparably and look. Fourth is the key of the door, which has three points. First, the way of looking at the Dharmakaya: turn the eyeballs upwards and look in the manner of looking at the crown of the head, thereby increasing the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Second, the way of looking at the Sambhogakaya: look directly, like an arrow maker straightening an arrow shaft, thereby seeing the appearance of wisdom. Third, the way of looking at the Nirmanakaya: look slightly downwards, like a hermit meditating in samadhi, thereby seeing the lamp of the aura. In general, focus the senses on the external space and meditate, thereby seeing the external Dharmadhatu. Look to the left and right with peripheral vision, or look at the sun with squinted eyes, thereby seeing the inner Dharmadhatu wisdom. Then, guide the senses into the sky and look, thereby causing illusory appearances to arise as pure lands. Like this, by practicing looking in any of the three ways of looking, no matter how long the eyes gaze, one will be able to remain stable. In any way of looking, if one tightens and binds too forcefully, it will become an obstacle because of forcibly controlling the breath, therefore doing it slowly is the key. Fifth is the key of the object: in a clear sky without clouds, look to the west in the morning and to the east in the afternoon. Or, in order to make the clear light appear more easily, combine it with rays, and look in the east of the sun in the morning and in the west of the sun in the afternoon, about a cubit below the sun, so that there is a need for the clear light to appear easily. That is to say, practicing gradually drawing closer from a distance is the key. Among these, first establish the foundation with the Sambhogakaya posture. Oppress the key points and control the body with the Nirmanakaya posture. Then the Dharmakaya

It is said that one should discipline the mind and practice through posture. Alternatively, the sitting posture and viewing method of the Dharmakaya should be emphasized in the morning, the Sambhogakaya at noon, and the Nirmanakaya in the afternoon. Moreover, it is said that after mastering the three basic sitting postures, one can also reach the seven branch sitting postures. Namely: tiger, vomit, garuda, man, fox, vulture, giant and six, crocodile sitting posture, seven body postures. And, the sitting posture and viewing method mentioned in the profound Dharma-nature wheel, the root and branches and others are all necessary, and if the time is right, one should understand it there. In short, it is good to temporarily combine the sitting posture and viewing method of the three bodies. For beginners, it is best to focus mainly on the Dharmakaya lion posture. Also, in the "Essential Lamp of Drop Practice," it says: among the three sitting postures, the upright sitting posture should be mainly adopted, and among the three viewing methods, look slightly downward. The others are only learned as aids. It is said that most people are doing this now because this method is easy to practice. Relying on these key points, when practicing direct wisdom, in order to stabilize the unstable mind, etc., the six key points of practice need to understand the three key points in the Dharma-nature wheel, in short, what was just said contains all the meaning. What needs to be understood here is that it is said in the Lamp of Essential Practice Instructions: When practicing, if you cannot see the bindu from the white expanse, you should look straight ahead with both eyes equally. If you cannot see the space, look at an angle from the side of the sun, and then slowly look straight, this is the key point. Then, if there is more white, turn to the right, if there is more yellow, turn upwards, if there is more green, turn to the left, if there is more red, lower it down, if there is more blue, concentrate in the center, if the five colors are balanced and clear, then no matter what the viewing method is, it will not change, this is the key point. At this time, one should also learn from the sun, the support of the Dharmakaya. During the day, from under the boat below the sun, or the sky on the left, slightly turn the eyeballs to look. When you see the vajra chain, including the bindu, in the middle of the five lights of space, use the viewing method of the Sambhogakaya to guide it from the sun to a farther corner, up and down or to each other.
