Please consider and bless my mindstream. Please bless me so that the special realization of the profound path arises right now. In this way, generate strong devotion and intense longing, even to the point of tears. Then, light incense and guggul, and with the lama playing the ḍaḍā drum, pray to Dharmakaya Samantabhadra. Please bless me so that the experience and realization of the profound path arise in my mindstream. After the blessings are bestowed through the lineage's supplication, the lama himself dissolves into light with immeasurable compassion. As it dissolves from the crown of the student's head, the student's three doors and the lama's three vajras become inseparable. In the state free from elaboration, allow awareness to relax and rest, and blessings arise. The appearances of the three doors merge with the lama. Thoughts clearly arise as devotion. Habitual tendencies naturally dissolve. In that state, relax and rest without fabrication, and it is said that self-awareness is liberated into the pure Dharmakaya realm. Although this is not in the root instructions, the great treasure revealer Rinpoche practiced it in order to quickly generate experience, saying that the blessings are very great. The second part has three points: abiding, moving, and introducing the view of union. The first point is to cut off non-arising from the root, and in the present moment of abiding, to introduce the reality of the ground where bondage and liberation are inseparable, the view of exhaustion of phenomena, primordial purity: The students should arrange their bodies in the seven-point posture as before, adjust their speech so that the breath naturally falls, and in their minds, let the previous thought cease and the next thought not arise. The present awareness is free from the four extremes and three times, and its nature is not established anywhere. Light and bliss are uninterrupted, and although various manifestations appear, the essence is inexpressible, inconceivable, and beyond the realm of thought. This clear, bright, radiant, naked, and empty self-born wisdom Dharmakaya is the great state beyond thought, so recognize it definitively, and in the state like limitless space, rest evenly for a moment. After guiding in this way, the elaborations of thoughts gradually subside, and all actions, thoughts, and ideas appear as the play of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination, without difference between equality and subsequent attainment. There is no interval between day and night. There is no danger of permanence or annihilation. There are no phenomena to be accepted or rejected. There is no object of meditation or meditator.

The state beyond all limitations is the view of the exhaustion of phenomena and original purity. Thus, the Secret Sound Tantra states: "Without prior or subsequent recollection, the awakened, clear, and lucid awareness, this very present knowing, is identified as possessing the four kayas." It is thus proclaimed. At that time, the mind abiding in freedom from elaboration is the Dharmakaya; clarity without grasping is the Sambhogakaya; the unceasing arising of various appearances is the Nirmanakaya. The inseparability of essence, nature, and compassion is as stated in the Jeweled Array: "Perfect Buddha is self-awareness itself; essence is unchanging in the three times; nature is eternally unceasing; compassion is self-manifesting to all." It is thus proclaimed. Here, the uncommon practice is that, for example, with three objects like a pillar, or any three objects like the three times of past, future, and present, at one time, upon a single instant, not merely as a general path, but even upon subtle distinctions, one focuses and dedicates the mind at the same time, resulting in a pervasive mode of appearance. Based on this, the lama's introduction is the separation of three-fourths, as it is said: Separate from the four symbolic entities. This is the meaning of that. Second, the introduction to self-liberation without abandonment or adoption on the move, having established the unobstructed manifestation of potential, is that from the state of mind itself, blissful, clear, and non-conceptual, the unceasing manifestation of potential, whatever arises as thoughts and awareness, scattering and gathering, that very thing, the outer appearance is unceasing, and upon not being bound by the antidote of inner clinging and attachment, who sends the former and the latter? And the naked, bare, and raw awareness without any alteration or corruption by abandonment, adoption, negation, affirmation, etc., sustaining the very clarity and awareness in its natural state, just as waves arise in the ocean but do not go beyond the nature of the ocean's water, all arising thoughts are not abandoned or transformed, and because they do not transcend or change from the play of the nature of reality. Thus, although outwardly scattering into various forms, the mind is not moved by appearances, abiding without the calculation of attachment and clinging, like a magical being, and although inwardly appearing in various forms, there is no clinging, abiding without identification, like the awareness of a young child, so all arising feelings and thoughts dissolve into self-pacification and self-purification like salt dissolving in water, hence it is called self-liberation in whatever appears.
