Hold the counted numbers without distraction. Gradually make the movement slower and longer, practicing until it eventually remains for a long time. Fourth, in the navel, which is the center of your own vast, empty, unobstructed body, visualize a skull that is white on the outside and red on the inside, with the forehead facing forward. Inside it, visualize a blue wind vajra standing upright, focus your mind on it as small as a mustard seed, and meditate as much as you can. When the experience of clarity and stability arises, coordinate with the breath going in and out of the nostrils. When the breath goes out, visualize the vajra going far away from the right nostril. When it comes back in, visualize it entering from the left and staying in the skull. Keep your mind on the feeling of comfort and ease in your body and mind. As you get used to it and your mind becomes more stable, gradually shorten the distance the vajra goes out. Eventually, visualize it going back and forth within a distance of sixteen fingers from the tip of your nose. Fifth, based on the previous habit and the object of focus, after doing the same movement back and forth several times, release a long breath, visualizing the vajra going far away through the path of the right nostril, and then suppress the breath. Then, visualize the breath being drawn in quickly, the vajra entering from the left nostril, and gently dissolving into the skull in the navel, binding it firmly in kumbhaka, immovable union. At that time, visualize the skull also melting and transforming into a red ཧ(藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,IAST:ha,Meaning:Ha) syllable, focusing on this, and visualize the breath and the entire body becoming empty like a dissipating mist. Fill it vigorously with the fourfold kumbhaka breath practice. When exhaling the breath, visualize the breath and mind mixing with the sky, and remain in a state of non-conceptualization. If you have already mastered kumbhaka, then it is enough to meditate as much as you can here. Otherwise, practice until you achieve any of the superior, intermediate, or inferior levels, and at first, do not be too intense, keep it moderate, so that there will be fewer obstacles. Body posture and eliminating stale air are common key points. The food, as mentioned earlier, applies to all situations. Second, learning the yoga of bindu with desire. Relying on an actual consort to learn the bliss of the consort is not possible to achieve, therefore it does not appear in the ordinary lineage of instructions. Its method is explained in detail in works such as "The Cloud Bank of Bliss and Emptiness Nectar." Learning the corresponding bliss of wind and wisdom, the key point of the body is to sit in vajra posture with legs crossed, hands in fists, palms down on the knees or thighs.

Place the body well and straighten the arms. Look straight ahead with the eyes, without moving the pupils or blinking the eyelids. The key point of the mind is in the center of one's own body, which is empty and clear, like dust blown away. Visualize the central channel, the size of a medium arrow shaft. The color is reddish-white, or white on the outside and red on the inside, whichever is clearer in the mind. Moreover, the upper end is at the aperture of Brahma, and the lower end is four fingers below the navel, straight like a tree by the water, bright and self-illuminating like a sesame oil lamp. It is extremely thin like the veins of a lotus. On its right is the red Roma channel, and on its left is the white Kyangma channel, five times thinner than the central channel. The upper end bends from the eyebrow and inserts into the left and right nostrils, and the two lower ends enter the lower end of the central channel. In this way, the three channels exist side by side, and from the junctions of the four chakras, the Roma and Kyangma channels are connected internally by dissolving into the central channel. Visualize the four chakras arising from that, that is, two finger joints measured from the upper end of the central channel is the wheel with the top fully unfolded. From the junction of the shoulders of the neck is the wheel where the Roma channels converge. From the breasts of the heart is the wheel where memories converge. From the navel is the generative wheel. Visualize all of these as reddish-white, clear and transparent, hollow tube shapes. Then, in the center of the crown chakra at the top of the head, visualize a drop of empty light, the color of which is white, oily and round, about the size of a bean, and then focus the mind on it and visualize. When the mind is focused on this, exhale three times, and then slowly inhale the upper breath. Press at the navel, tighten the lower breath, so that the drop trembles and makes a "Phri-li-li" sound. From it, the stream of bliss of Bodhicitta falls like small beans one after another, or like a rope "Na-ra-ra", whichever is easier, and then gradually fills the four wheels of the crown, neck, heart, and navel, and contemplate the arising of the wisdom of the four joys. Contemplate the drop dwelling in the secret place, experiencing the co-emergent wisdom. And, maintain the inner radiance of each one, holding the vase breath as much as possible, so that the happiness becomes greater and greater. The body and mind are filled with happiness. Again
